Better results

I love the products without aromas and this one complies with that but I would like this product to give better results. To leave my eyes completely clean I must repeat the process three times.

I have used this face cleanser every day for years and I love it. I love that it's a makeup remover too so that I don't have to remove my concealer separately. I think they changed the formula about a year ago and I liked the smell better before, but I would still recommend it.

The new formula BURNED my eyes

I absolutely loved the older formula in the bottle with the turquoise cap. I used it for many years and was a loyal customer, buying a new bottle every three months for about 15 years. It was incredibly gentle on my sensitive eyes and removed stubborn eye makeup flawlessly. Unfortunately, the formula was changed, and when I tried the new version, my eyes burned terribly. I had to return it and haven’t purchased it since. Please, please bring back the old formula!

Leaves your skin hydrated

I love this cleanser. I am finishing 4th tube. I love it because it leaves my skin so hydrated. Although I do not think it is excellent in removing makeup. On days when I don't wear makeup, it is my go to and favourite. It does not foam and it is not fragranced. I let it sit on my skin for a while, whilst I wash my teeth, and rinse it off with a lukewarm water water. I love it and I'd recommend it to anyone who would want to have a soft and hydrated skin.

Sad, changed formula

I have. Rey sensitive skin and the old formulation with the turquoise cap was flawless. I repurchased recently and used for the first time and was sooo disappointed ☹️!! I thought I had bought the wrong thing, came back to check there weren’t two formulas, but no. They just ruined the perfect skin cleanser. This one burns my eyes, and the smell is so strong I cannot use it. I am sensitive to fragrance, but if you are promoting a product as being FOR sensitive skin, adding fragrance seems pretty counterintuitive. To top things off, the new formulation leaves a strange thin silicone feeling on my skin. I’ve used Vichy for years! What do I do now??!!

helped with incoming pimples

the texture was very smooth and not rough to my skin. clean ingredients and had a great scent that wasn’t chemical needed. my skin is super sensitive and usually break out super easy but this cleanser didn’t make it break out infact it cleared my incoming pimples.

One of the best!

This is one of my staples in my skin care! I started using this product because my skin is always so dry on my face no matter what i use; this cleanser acts as 3 different skin care products combined into one ( milky toner, lotion & eye makeup remover). this is a convenient product to use, you can use it in the shower towards the end while your skin is still damp and it layers on seamlessly! the product does not need to be rinsed off & helps keep my skin soft & hydrated all day! I pair this cleanser with the vichy toner & moisturizer and my skin has never been better. the bottle lasts a long time as you only need the smallest amount of the product & the price is pretty good for how much you get while also considering how long this bottle lasts. I will definitely continue buying this product!

Unfortunately, this cleanser didn't work well for my skin. Despite its claims, I found it didn't cleanse thoroughly, especially when it came to removing makeup and sunscreen. Additionally, the scent wasn't to my liking, which made it less enjoyable to use. Given that it didn't suit my skin and the fragrance wasn't appealing, I wouldn't repurchase it.

Awful experience

Never reacted to a skin product like this. I’ve used a range of cleansers and this was the worst! Started by irritating my skin and it burning when applying moisturiser. Wasn’t sure what product was having the effect so kept using this. My skin ended up so old looking and so so dry. My skin was so dry to a point it was flaking. It was horrendous. 4 days I used this product.

Didn’t clean my dark skin of makeup

Not good for dark skin with makeup. I’m dark brown and wear the same color in make up - I bought this thinking it would cleanse my face - but it’s didn’t . I still have to wash with another cleaners and then this one. Wouldn’t recommend it for black skin

Disappointed

Multi task

I love multi-purpose products, especially when traveling and don't have much space in my bag. This one 3-in-1 is so effective and gentle on my skin, it easily removes makeup as a milk lotion and the last residues as a cleanser and don't need to apply a lot of it, it is very efficient. It leaves my skin fresh and soft and it makes it brighter and smoother. Nice smell and the hydrating formula with glycerin and panthenol to moisture and protect my skin.

I was using the cleanser for years and loved it. The bottle/ tube had changed and feels different, it also has a strong fragrance that the other did not. Please bring back the OLD face cleanser! Also leaves my skin feeling tight wear as the older one didn’t.

The new product change with Glycerin is terrible

I have the same complaint as everyone else. I bought three of these cleansers last week. They're not inexpensive. I was extremely disappointed to find out the formula had changed. It now feels greasy and there is a smell. I've compared the label and it appears the new ingredient is glycerin. I've been using the three in one cleaner for probably 20 years. Unless they revert back to the original formula, I will not be using it again.

New formula - avoid! Terrible strong scent and leaves skin not feeling clean

I have used this product probably for 10 years or so - packaging has now changed, it says glycerin on it, they’ve clearly changed the formula including the scent. The skin feel is very strange, it doesn’t feel clean and one gets the impression that the new formula leaves an unpleasant residue on the face (maybe the glycerin?). I am so disappointed - I loved that product before they changed it!

Very disappointed and dissatisfied

Used this product for years( 8+ yrs) and loved it. But they changed the formula and I am reconsidering other products. The sent is terrible. It is way too strong and smelled like cheap perfume. It still functions like a cleanser, but I can no longer massage my face with the product like i used to with the old formula. It is not smooth enough anymore. I am very disappointed with the new formula.

Leaves oily feel - does not feel cleansed

Does not feel clean after using. Wondered if I should cleanse my face with another cleanser after this 3 in 1 as it leaves an oily layer on the skin and I have noticed more spots coming out. Regretted buying a 3 in 1, should have just bought a make up remover and a cleanser separately.

I always have the feeling that this cleansers 3 in 1 or 2 in 1 didn’t do all the job correctly and I was right . This cleanser didn’t remove well all the make up or sunscreen residuals. For the price I was expecting more, it have no scent and made with thermal water but if my face is not going to end clean, this should be something else than be called cleanser.

Product and scent changes

I've been using this product for 25 years in Germany and then in the US. With my last order in Nov. 2023, the packaging changed but so did the formula and the scent. I liked it better before. It upsets me when companies change the formula without being transparent about it with the customer, especially when it's not necessarily better after the fact.

Unmissable 3-in-1 in my skincare bag

I love multi-purpose products, especially when I'm not home and don't have much space in my bag. This one 3-in-1 is so effective and gentle on my skin that I don't really need much more to complete my cleansing routine: it easily removes most of my makeup as a milk lotion and the last residues as a cleanser. Great product

It cleanses very well. I have been using the 3 in 1 milk for a long time and I am happy to use it again. The milk removes makeup well, even eye makeup (waterproof mascara, eye shadows), and does not irritate the eyes. You don't need to apply a lot of it, it is very efficient.

I've been using this for a couple of months and love that it saves me time both mornings and evenings. I normally double cleanse but with this 3 in 1 cleanser, I just need to use one. I pour a small amount onto cotton wool and wipe face gently, being extra careful if I have make up on, and it removes all the dirt and grime from the day and leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed, and no need to use a toner although I often use one in my morning routine. Great for sensitive skin too.

Really disappointed

I have been using all Vichy products and especially the 3 in1 cleanser for more than 8 years, but unfortunately will not be able to do so anymore. Why would you change the formula to a product that works perfectly fine it’s beyond my comprehension. Now my skin burns and turns red after usage and the smell is awful, I used the new formula 5 times just to be sure, and everytime I had to wash it off thoroughly after. At least be honest and remove the ‘’sensitive skin’’ part from the packaging. I really hope that you will bring back the old formula, otherwise you will lose many customers.

I have used the 3 in 1 cleanser for over 15 years. I encouraged my children to do the same. However, the revamped version is awful. It doesn’t have the same ingredients and caused burning around my eyes and lips. Why? Why? Why? What possessed you to reinvent the wheel? Bad show Vichy - I now need to find an alternative.

The price is adequate for products that clean the skin. It has convenient, economical packaging. But it does not clean the skin well. Not effective. I didn't really like it.

Favorite cleanser and makeup remover!

This cleanser is gentle and removes all makeup without having to use water or be aggressive with the process. My skin always feels hydrated, smooth and efficiently clean. I always struggled with oily skin and breakouts and have used foam or cleansers that sud easily. Wasn't sure how I'd feel about the milky cleanser but it's my new favorite now.

Soft and gentle!

This is my absolute favourite cleanser. I have dry skin so I enjoy a cleanser that does not lather or foam because I have found out that is dries my skin out further - this one does not. It is a medium milky consistency and feels soft on the skin. I have found it is lightly scented, not enough to give you a headache. I first apply it on my dry skin to break down oils, then wet my face and rub for a couple minutes. I do find if I was wearing makeup that day I have to go in before or after with a micellar water to remove the stubborn bits, but the cleanser is so incredibly gentle around the eyes. So many have burned my eyes, but not this one. Afterwards, my skin is very soft.

Pungent smell

I have used Vichy products for nearly 50 years & have always loved them, but what have you done to this 3 in 1 cleanser? I have just bought one & it has a completely different smell than the last one I bought. Before all of your products had a pleasant, very faint smell to them. This one now has a very strong smell that is very overpowering. I don't want my face to smell of 'oranges', that's the nearest description of the smell. I am most disappointed & will have to try something else, as I can't live with the smell.

Versatile 3in1 Cleanser

I really enjoy using this 3 in 1 cleanser from Vichy as it is so versatile. It can be used as a cleansing milk, toner or eye make up remover. I prefer to use it as a cleanser. I apply a small amount on a cotton pad and using it remove make up and impurities. I find that it works well as a second cleanse. It is a lightweight cream that has no discernable fragrance. It cleans pretty effectively without drying out my skin. I have found it works well to remove eye make up too. It is gentle enough thst it doesn't irritste my eyes but effective at removing even the most stubborn eyeshadow and mascara. It comes in a 200ml bottle which lasts a really long time making it good value for money.

Such a moisturising cleanser

This is a lovely cleansing product to use and has only a very light fragrance to it. The cleanser is a thin milky liquid which is great for removing my make up . Enriched with Captelea, the cleanser eliminates impurities, leaving skin feeling fresh and clear. It is easy to apply and is lovely and soft on the skin . You do not need to rinse this cleanser off your face. It absorbs well into the skin and doesn’t leave your face feeling oily and greasy. I did find it was harder to remove my waterproof mascara but otherwise it removed everything else and was still gentle to use. My skin was left clean , smooth not oily and felt rehydrated.

A cleaner that's safe for contact lens wearers

I am so impressed with this cleanser. Not only does it remove waterproof make-up, is safe for sensitive skin, but also safe for contact wearers. I wear contact lens so have to be really careful of what I use around my eye area. This milk cleanser did not sting my eyes when I used it to remove my mascara and eye liner. i also did not have to rub too hard for my make-up to be removed by this cleanser. This mik cleanser also did not dry my skin out as it contains glycerin, my skin was left feeling really soft. You also don't need to wash it off, which is great when I've returned from a night out, feeling tired but still need to remove my make-up. This cleanser is suitable for all skin types. i have oily, combination skin and found that this cleanser did not leave my skin dry, greasy or feeling oily. Silky smooth skin after using this. Another plus is that it is hypoallergenic, so no irritations for me after using it. This cleanser is also colorant free and dermatologist tested. Absolutely love it.

Works well

The texture of the cleanser is creamy and heavier than I expected from a no rinse cleanser. To be honest i was a bit skeptical. I applied to a reusable pad and surprisingly the formula applied easily and melted away. It absorbed quickly, and did not leave any residue or greasy feel. ●As a cleanser it worked well to remove makeup, dirt and grime. ●As a toner it left skin feeling smooth and even, and no greasy patches. ●As a eye make up remover it was okay. Didn't work as well as other makeup removers especially for waterproof mascara. However was very gentle around the eye, and was fine to use whilst I still had my contacts in. Overall it was a lovely product. Skin felt hydrated after use and not as tight feeling as with other products. It was very gentle on the skin. Skin felt soft and smooth, and prepared it ready for serums and Moisturisers. As its lightweight and non greasy, products sat well on top of the skin with no issues. A great alternative to using multiple items to achieve same goal.

Fantastic cleanser

i was blessed with a gift box with 4 products luckily i dont have, i knew as soon as i seen the products the Pureté Thermale 3 in 1 was going to be first test of the box, and it didnt dissapoint me, my skin feels so much fresher, i dont think i could ever go back tk anything else now, very impressed with product and reaults, a definate winner for me and my favourite cleanser now ❤️

Easy and gentle cleansing

I'm in love with this 3in1 cleanser,it gently and effectively removes make up, and is perfect cleansing for the skin, remove make-up from face and eyes and leave skin feeling toned even water proof mascara. It is so easy to use, you can apply it directly on to the cotton pad then cleanse the face but I like to apply this with my hands, massage it in a little circular motion and then remove it with a damp cotton pad, leaving my skin feeling fresh, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it

Doesnt work

I bought this thinking it will remove makeup and wash my face however this sucks at removing makeup. I used it as a stand alone cleanser and it still sucks. It feels like it leaves some residue behind.

Amazing cleanser

One of the best skincare brands on the go, they are my favourite brand. This cleanser removes all traces of make up even the waterproof stuff! it's super gentle for even sensitive skin and it leaves skin super soft and cleansed.

NEVER AGAIN

This cleanser is just horrible. I had to pick it up again bc I ran out of my other cleanser and thought I would try it again. It smells like baby wipes, barely removes any makeup and leaves my skin itchy with bumps. It is one of the most clogging cleansers I have ever tried. I am done with it. Definitely not for sensitive skin either, with all that alcohol and perfume. I recommend people to stay away from it.

One step cleanser

Cleanse, Tone and remove eye make up with this One step cleanser.  I like to apply this with my hands, massage it in a little, then remove it with a dry cotton pad, and there’s no need for rinsing.  You can also apply it directly on to the cotton pad then cleanse the face if you wish to do so.  This cleanser leaves my skin feeling fresh, clean and comfortable, I don’t get any tightness at all in my skin after using this, which is usually not the case with my dry skin. I really recommend this product, it’s an essential in any skincare routine.

Gentle but effective cleanser

I love Vichy Purete thermale 3 in 1 one step cleanser and I am now on my second bottle. It cleanses skin so well removing makeup, oils and residue from the skin. It is so cleansing and fresh but at the same time so gentle and is perfect for those who have sensitive skin. I have combination skin with the oily T zone and it works great for me. It has a nice light and fresh scent and is perfect for reducing the amount of products to take if going away as it is a 3 in 1 cleanser. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent product

I have been using this cleanser for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it!leaves the skin so soft and clean. It has a discreet scent, is light and easy to apply with a cotton pad, no rinse. I was a bit sceptical about using it for eyes but after I first tried it, realised it easily removes mascara and eyeliner.

gentle cleanser

This cleanser works like a cleanser balm and quickly breaks down the makeup. It does not sting my eyes or irritate my skin, however, I still need to go with another face wash/gel because this one leaves my skin a bit greasy to my liking.

softening cleanser

recently, I randomly found this and bought it on a whim. I really like it a lot. I don’t have super sensitive skin, but my skin is drying as I age and I found that this was really softening and moisturizing compared to a lot of other cleansers i’ve tried. really nice!

Amazing product

I have been using Vichy products for many years but surprisingly I hadn’t come to try this one until recently.And I was absolutely amazed by its performance.It’s definitely one of the best cleansing products I have ever used especially assuming the fact it combines the beneof to er,cleansing milk and eye make up remover.it’s gentle to be used on eyes but at the same time it’s strong enough to remove impurities and waterproof mascara easily without rubbing.The texture is silky soft and smooth and leaves skin plump and very nicely hydra.The scent is delicate and feminine and is the perfect way to treat yourself.

Pureté thermale 3 in 1 is my favourite because is a cleanser milk, toner and eye makeup remover. Just with 1 product you are cleaning the skin, remove makeup and from face and eyes leaving skin feeling toned. Just need to apply with a cotton pad. Best Cleanser

This is truly one of the best cleansers I’ve used, the cleanser can be rubbed directly into your skin and not removed or applied with a cotton pad to remove make up, it is amazing at removing waterproof make up and leaves your skin feeling really soft. It’s now one of my go to products and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This is my new fav cleanser- not only is it perfect for my dry sensitive skin, but it is also so quick and easy to use. Good overall but not for dry skin

I bought this version of cleanser as I was using the same named but specifically for dry skin product from Vichy, for many years. I have quite dry skin, the kind that washing with water makes it dry! That specific version was excellent, skin clean, smooth, soft, I could even go to bed without having to use a night hydrating cream if I was running out of it! This new, only version of 3 in 1 should not have been in the category for dry skin. Normal and sensitive skin is ok. this is why I give it a 4, actually, a 3 1/2 would be more accurate.

Saves Time

I've been using this for a couple of months and love that it saves me time both mornings and evenings. I normally double cleanse but with this 3 in 1 cleanser, I just need to use one. I pour a small amount onto cotton wool and wipe face gently, being extra careful if I have make up on, and it removes all the dirt and grime from the day and leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed, and no need to use a toner although I often use one in my morning routine. Great for sensitive skin too.

Morning gem

Oh have received this one step cleanser in full size from Vichy community. I have been testing it for 2 months. It’s extremely gentle but effective product, lasting long time and smell fresh perfect for morning waking up routine. First of all I was trying to use it in my morning and evening routine but I get use to double cleansing evening routine and my skin did miss a splash of water and also I had to use quite a bit of this cleanser to remove all my make up, so I decided to stick with double cleansing nighttime and use one step cleanser in morning. It was best decision for my skin. As in my morning routine this cleanser is doing perfect job. It’s gently cleansing and toning my skin, make all the irritation (caused by active ingredients from nighttime routine) off and prepare my skin for a day. I love the fact that I am saving a time in morning when we usually in rush, because I am cleansing and toning my skin at same time. Since I am on this routine my skin is more relaxed and moisturise as well, so I am applying less amount of day cream . I also noticed that most of my dry patches gone. Very good product, I would never thought that it can have so many benefits, thank you Vichy for opportunity to try it. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best all in one

I have used this cleanser for so long after having a facial years ago. Despite occasionally trying something else, ‘just in case’, I always come back to this. I love how gentle it is on my sometimes sensitive skin but still manages to not only cleanse and tone my skin but also remove eye make up! It makes an often tedious job so easy. The texture is a lovely rich milky one and it has a gentle fragrance. It’s so easy to use and leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. Again, it contains the amazing Vichy water which offers rehydration too.

Wonderful

I was gifted this wonderful cleanser by Vichy and I am just blown away. I looked at it in a store and was admittedly put off as it was a cream cleanser - how wrong was I? This cleanser is a 3-in-1 and really is magnificent. It cleanses your skin, tones it and removes make-up - even stubborn eye make-up. Yet somehow it it so gentle and kind to skin. I use it every morning and evening, applying it with a reusable cotton round, and my face feels so clean and refreshed. My skin feels so soft. Not just after application but always. I don't know what's in the magic cleanser but it definitely a must buy product! You really don't need to use a lot to get fab results which makes this yet another Holy Grail Vichy product. Thank you for gifting it to me. I love this cleanser!
