Caused irritation (small red bumps) around my eyes

I really love Skinceuticals products (I use PTIOX every day) but unfortunately, this eye repair cream caused small little red bumps around my eyes. They went away 2 days after I stopped using the product. I am certain it was this product that was causing the bumps. Aside from this, I was also not a fan of the texture of this product - it's like a paste that does not absorb well into the skin.

Good texture

Decent texture, like that it is a thicker more solid cream vs. Other brands that feel like a lotion or apply very lightly. Only just started to use so results are not at their peak but I do notice a softening to the fine lines and a good amount of hydration. Working in the skin care industry and having tried many brands- I would recommend this product to clients looking for a rich eye cream

Major allergic reaction

The morning after I used it my eyes were puffy, the following morning I had a full on allergic reaction - eyes swollen and closed, tear ducts inflamed. This is not the quality I expect from skinceuticals - I needed to get medicine to treat it. I see from the reviews I’m not the only one - that’s a massive product fail for a luxury skincare brand

Great eye cream, helps to soften darken skin, does everything it says it would. Great for use all the way into the corner of the eye, near the tear duct, the eye has creases, and it continues to smoothen the delicate skin around the eye.

Irritant

I usually love SkinCeuticals but this cream has been irritating my skin, almost like a burn around my eyes, so bad it makes my skin puffy, itchy, and then flakes. I’ve had the cream for about 10 months and I’m wondering if it expired or broke down and somehow that’s causing the reaction? I recommend a test patch before applying to sensitive eye area.

BEWARE

I’m extremely concerned about the potential long term damage this has done to my eyes! I started using it about a week ago and the extreme dryness and irritation (my actual eyes, not skin) started about a day or so in and it took me up until now to realize that this is the culprit! Nothing else in my routine has changed and I don’t have allergies. It got so bad yesterday that I could barely see (everything was blurry) and I had to apply cold compresses and eye drops multiple times to find a little relief. It still hasn’t improved and I’m scared. Will be contacting the company.

Great all rounder - worth the $$

While the tub is small, a little goes a long way. So nourishing, really good under makeup, and makes my entire eye area look softened and almost soft focus. I do think using it twice a day has had an impact on my lines. I had a patch of eczema under my eye and this also really helped with that. Worth the expense as it goes so far. My eyes now feel soft and fresh after a nights sleep which was a significant concern as they’d started to become puffy recently

Caused puffiness

Best Eye Cream

This is the best eye cream I have found! I have used other products but ended up with tearing. AGE Advanced Eye is a little pricey but I only need a very small dot of product to cover both eye areas and the jar lasts a really long time. I use it twice a day.

2 weeks in and I am impressed!!

Great cream - good for sensitive skin

I really like this eye cream. I was starting to notice darkness and fine lines under my eyes, I find that this cream helps to hydrate and brighten my under eye area. I have very sensitive skin, including rosacea and eczema. This cream did not irritate my skin at all, and actually helped her to feel much more soothed. I highly recommend.

I bought this cream few weeks ago along with couple other products from Skinceuticals. unfortunately it caused severe allergic reaction:( my eyes swelled up, the area where the product was applied became red and irritated…at first I could not understand that it was the eye cream, but when my friend asked me why my eyes look like if I’m about to cry, I realized what caused it. Light and Silky

I have been searching for an effective eye cream for ages, and having researched this came out tops for so many! So I took a chance despite price tag 😱 having been impressed by my other purchases from the brand and yes it’s lovely to use not claggy or thick , , very light and sinks in well. Disappointing

I was using the A.G.E. Eye Complex and really liked it. I now had to purchase this (as the upgraded version) which I thought would be even better. It’s dreadful. So disappointed. It will work for some but not me! It has been a total waste of money which is frustrating as I honestly assumed it would surpass what I had been using. It feels full of silicones and is by far less moisturising than the predecessor. My fine lines are more prominent and the eye area far drier.

Brightening effect

Ok so far

It’s been a few weeks and overall my eyes feel hydrated however I do get bumps around my eye here and there. I see some improvement in fine lines but not entirely with hollowed eyes or dark circles

Does exactly what it says

I first had a few small samples of this with orders of other products, I’m usually cynical of eye products as they never seem to do anything more noticeable that a decent moisturiser… however it proved to be one of the best eye creams I’ve used, so I bought a full sized one (and I’m picky about what I would spend this much money on!). The cream is lovely to apply, and the results are visible from day one. It’s the only eye cream I’ve used that actually does what it claims to do. I use a heavier application at night which has tackled fine lines, then a very light morning application for brightening in the morning. Combined with morning Hyaluronic it almost ‘seals’ the moisturising effect and even at the end of a long day at work, my eye area looks brighter than I actually feel! Certainly a cream I’ll continue to use as a permanent addition to my routine.

Although it was a sample size , you only needed a tiny bit to cover all eye area. The product was sent as a 4ml sample and should be applied to the eye contour area. The cream felt a little thick to what I am usually used to. On application the cream had to be dabbed into the skin a lot, it seemed a little waxy and made my eyes water on the first application. My under eye area seems slightly smoother than usual after using this cream so that is a noticeable difference. I managed to use it for a week but do feel I would have seen better results if I continued using it longer.

Multi-corrective eye treatment

This eye cream aims to improve visible signs of ageing around the eye area impacted by glycation and decline in collagen. I applied this eye cream as part of my daily skincare routine in the morning and evening as instructed for a fortnight. I usually expect results within 28 days with new products however during the trial period of 2 weeks, I can honestly say I’m impressed with the visible improvement observed around my eye area! SkinCeuticals A.G.E ADVANCED EYE Cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a 4ml sample of the SkinCeuticals A.G.E ADVANCED EYE Cream from the House of Skin Community. The Advanced Eye Correct glides under the eyes. A small amount can go a long way. The eye cream is lightweight, non greasy, it is rich and creamy. The cream has been nourishing and really hydrating. It has helped with some puffiness and dark circles however it is still early days of use so I haven’t noticed a massive difference. I have used this Eye Correct during the night.

Absorbed well

To be honest, this felt a little to thick for my under eye area but o did not a reduction in lines so maybe I need to get used to using a thicker eye cream. It absorbed well and I felt looked like dark circles were reduced

Loved using this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of this product from the SkinCeuticals Community to test and review, and have been thrilled with the results. The product is a beautiful consistency, and almost feels like a balm on the skin. My eye area looked instantly hydrated and it definitely had a brightening effect. I have been using it day and night for a fortnight, with the darkness I have under my eyes now less noticeable, and I am using less corrector/concealer under my eye area. The product is slightly thicker than eye creams I have used in the day before, however it sat beautifully under my makeup and there was no creasing during the day. I think I will always have some darkness under my eyes, but this product definitely helped improve the look of this, whilst also brightening and hydrating.

AGE ADVANCED EYE CREAM

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a member of the Skinceuticals Community and was selected to test a 4ml of this eye cream. 4ml does not sound a lot but I only use a small amount around my eyes using a gentle tapping motion, so I was able to get quite a few applications out of it before leaving this review. I am 49 years old and in perimenopause. I have been shocked at how drastically this has affected my skin in the last few years. This eye cream has really helped to hydrate the delicate skin around my eyes, firm it up and lessen the look of lines and wrinkles. My eyes can sometimes be sensitive with some eye creams, particularly at the corners, but I have experienced no irritation with this and it feels really nice! I would love to see the longer term effects with this so I am going to buy a full size.

Brightens Eye Area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of AGE Advanced Eye Next Generation Cream. I have been using it for a few days now. To àpply you dab along the eye area avoiding your eye lids it absorbs easily into the skin leaving no residue. I have noticed a difference to the dark circles under my eyes making them look visibly brighter. I believe over time using this product it would make a real difference to the fine lines I have around my eye area

Great eye cream

This cream feels very smooth and luxurious and I need a very small amount to cover my whole eye area. It absorbs very well and the skin around the eyes feels very hydrated and it didn’t leave and greasy or sticky residue. I will have to use it for longer to see the true benefits of this product but I do love it already.

Undereye crepiness be gone!

Advanced Eye Cream contains key ingredients of 7.15% proxylane, wild fruit flavonoid blend, 0.2% glycyrrhetinic acid, and 3% Matrix 3000 peptide which help to smooth the appearance of crow's feet, mild to moderate wrinkles as well as 0.5% caffeine and 'Inclusive Optical Effects' (0.5% pearl + 0.3% boron nitride) to brighten dark circles and disperse light to minimise their appearance. The cream is fragrance free and has a rich, non greasy texture that absorbs effortlessly into my skin with zero residue. I received a 4ml sample of A.G.E. Advanced Eye Cream as a member of SkinCeuticals House of Skin for review purposes, which was only enough product for a two days use (am and pm), so not enough to attest to its full claims. I can say this cream did provide superb, long-lasting hydration and, despite its rich texture, did not cause milia, which similar textured eye creams typically do. It instantly eradicated undereye crepiness, making for a more youthful appearance, while the deep hydration also created an excellent base for my makeup, helping to crease proof my concealer once lightly set with powder. Overall, I'm happy with this product and thankful to have been able to test it.

A Gentle But Effective Eye Cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of the A.G.E Advanced Eye and have used it day and night for 14 days. Firstly, I really like the consistency and texture of the cream. It feels like silk and is really soft when applying it to the under eye area. It has some thickness to it but is still really lightweight. I found that I only needed a tiny amount to cover the whole of my under eye. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave any residue or pill under make up. I have dark and often puffy under eyes as well as fine lines around my eye. After 14 days of use, I am pleasantly surprised with the results. It's very early days but I do feel like my under eye looks brighter and definetely feels a lot softer. I've notice a very small improvement in my fine lines. They look less noticeable and I think the eye cream has added much needed hydration and helpful ingredients to this area smoothing out the lines. Overall, it's a really pleasant cream and it works well with my skin. I am sure with continued use this would continue to improve my lines.

A nice anti wrinkle cream

However I cannot say I noticed any long term effects and did not have enough product for prolonged use for result.

Good cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given a sample A.G.E. advanced eye for dark circles and wrinkles as a member of skin community to test and review. The white cream is smooth and very thick. It's fragrance free and suitable for all skin types. Cream, despite being incredibly rich applies really well. It absorbs quickly leaving area around eyes firm and plumped. As for results I can see noticeable improvement. Dark circles are less visible. As for fine lines that hasn't changed but that's fine. As condition of my skin around eyes improved in general they slightly less visible. And my eyes look more "awake".
