Calming hydration salvation

Both my partner and I have sensitive skin prone to irritation. His from shaving and I wear makeup daily. I purchased one when there was a sale on, it makes my skin hydrated, smooth, less red and if I do my foundation and it’s just too dry looking a light mist before concealing it makes it glowy and comfortable. I went back and purchased a second for my makeup kit for work for my sensitive clients who are lacking hydration and prone to redness.

Very gentle and hydrating

I have very sensitive, reactive skin, and have not had a single problem with this. I spray it on my face, leave it to dry, then apply the Cicaplast B5+ on top. It's lovely and hydrating, but still delicate enough not to leave any redness or discomfort on your skin!

Eczema and reactive skin? Be aware of cica allergy

I unfortunately had a very severe allergic reaction to this product, I stupidly didn't think to patch test and tried it on my face first. I have eczema and a very reactive face which is intolerant of most things, I can tolerate the Toleriane range no problem and the lip balm. After some research I guess I have an intolerance to the cica/centella asiatica in this product, this is not uncommon. So others with similar skin, please learn from my mistake and be cautious! Also, I was disappointed in the actual spray bottle, the mist is quite blotchy and wet, it doesn't spray a nice fine mist.

Changed my winter skin

Magic in a bottle

I bought this when I was on holiday in Paris but I just started using it 3 days ago. My skin barrier has been damaged from using a balm cleanser and so I’ve been trying to fix it and was not getting good results until I started using this mist. I’ve used it twice daily for 3 days now and my face seems smoother, softer and glowy. The pimples on my face have also reduced. Now I’m looking for how to buy more of it before I run out because I live in Nigeria and I haven’t seen it sold anywhere here. An amazing and wonderful product.

After my first spray, I knew I would love this product. It is super soothing on the skin and leaves you with a lovely glow. I think its especially good to use over the Winter to keep your skin hydrated.

Handy for travel

Helps eczema prone skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking forward forward to using this as the spray bottle means no need to touch the skin but just spray on! I have used cicaplast Baumé c5 balm which is absolutely the best skin repair cream out there and this is part of the same range. It can be used complementary to the cream but it did have a tingling burning sensation on my skin which I found uncomfortable. This is probably due to my bad skin condition and probably means it actually works it’s magic but I always use it with the cream for better comfort.

Best soothing cream on the market

The texture is creamy and cooling, but absorbs well, and doesn't over load the skin, or leave a white cast. I love to use this as an overnight moisturiser after i chemically exfoliate twicd weekly. It immediately reduces redness, and i wake up with clear, fresh complexion. When the little one has a scrape or bruise, this is what we use. She calls it my "magic" cream I cannot stress how much better this is than an alternative that is said to last 8 hours. I will keep repurchasing

Love the spray formula

It is not greasy so it is possible to apply it and dress immediately. It is particularly useful for spraying on the shoulders and back when there's no-one else around to help. Extremely soothing and reduces redness

I used it on my upper lip after I had been a bit over enthusiastic with some wax facial strips that had left my skin red, sore and inflamed. Was extremely soothing and reduced the redness. I also used the spray on some really itchy and red insect bites on my legs from gardening. Again helped with the itching and redness almost instantly. A new part of my essential skincare kit

My main skin concerns are Psoriasis and sensitivity; during the testing period I was between prescribed topical treatments and looking for products that would ease discomfort. Refreshing

I sprayed the product on my face. It felt rather cooling when sprayed on which was nice. It’s very gentle and didn’t sting at all. It stopped the itchy feeling and my skin felt calmer although the redness was still the same. However the redness didn’t worsen which was my main concern. I also tried the product on a slight wound I have on my arm. I sprayed the product a few days after the wound occurred. It didn’t hurt or sting at all. Just made the skin feel cool. I like this product as it’s cooling and very gentle. It’s a great pick me up for minor skin irritations. And I would highly recommend this for sensitive skin like mine. I wouldn’t say it tames redness or heals irritations. But helps soothe and calm skin down.

Good but could be better

Restoring and nourishing spray

I sprayed my skin twice daily for a week in the eveing used it along retinol cream. It feels like it nourishes my skin and keeps it well hydrated, skin seem to be less red on dry areas but not shine in the oily parts. Great product.

Very reassuring.

I have fragile skin and relay upon the healing and restorative quality of the cicaplast line. However, the whole family benefited from a quick spray when irritated skin from bites or heat set in. A lovely spray to use throughout the day when needed

I have only been using it a short while, but so far my skin feels soothed and calm after spraying onto my face. It is nice to use to help distribute the balm, which is quite a thick cream, so I'd recommend applying the balm immediately after applying this spray, whilst your skin is still wet. Useful product in a handy spray bottle

A new found essential for me

Amazing product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing product! The spray is very liquid and almost colourless, unscented and absorbs immediately. It is excellent at soothing irritated skin and calmed both an oven door burn and bramble scratches on my inner arm.

Perfect after sun exposure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent a sample of this to to review. As a lover of the balm I had high hopes for this and it didn’t disappoint. I’ve been using it regularly throughout the heatwave, spritzing it onto my face and body after being out in the sun, I’m convinced it’s kept my skin hydrated and stopped any peeling. Love it.

Great all rounder spray

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soothing spray for irritation and calming the skin. I like to use it for hydrating my skin during the day, especially during the recent heat wave but also generally every day use when I’m staring at a computer screen all day. The only downside I’ve found is that it has a milky consistency and I was expecting it to be an invisible spray.

Great grab and go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied this after using a strong chemical exfoliant. It felt instantly calming on the skin. My skin felt hydrated upon use and seems to have kept the associated redness at bay. I already have very reactive skin so was surprised when I didn’t blow up like a tomato after using the exfoliant. I would recommend for irritated skin and I think it would be a great grab and go for sunburn.

Surprisingly fine mist that packs a hydration punch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was such a nice surprise! I am not usually one for face sprays, but this did surprise me. The mist is fine enough to not feel like you are dousing your face with it. It leaves a hydration layer, which on some hot Summer mornings is more than enough as a moisturiser for under sunscreen. I mostly use it straight after washing my face in the evening, before tretinoin.

amazing spray

Great for stopping itching

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this to be a really useful product with any itching arising from dry skin during the day. It was easy to apply and soaked in well initially. I've removed a star because I found that it did tend to sit on the skin a little bit later in the day - this may have been due to me applying too much, though.

Soothing cream

Great Product

I have sensitive and dry skin which means I have occasional breakouts and since using this, it has reduced my flareups a lot and makes my skin feel very refreshed

Pretty good, evening use

Not 100% sure I love the texture, it not watery but a bit thin serum like, which can be a bit thick on the skin during the day. Takes a lot to sink in, needs rubbing in. Not really for reapplication if make up enduring the day.

Easy to apply

Great for soothing hydration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lovely soothing moisturiser that sinks into my skin easily and is a much lighter version of the Cicaplast Balme (like, much much lighter). I’m not totally in love with the spray format but I have small forehead so sometimes get it in my hair as well as on my face! It does give a nice light cover and a great base for makeup once it’s sunk in. No problems here with sensitivity/redness etc, even though my skin can be hyper-reactive. A great option for soothing hydration!

Very good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good product which is super light and not sticky. I have very dry skin on my legs and pretty sensitive and this product is just perfect. I was worried about tue texture as it seems like there is just water in it but nop, just shake it and spray it.

Instant relief for irritated skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good rich cream that relieves skin irritation , I suffer with grass pollen rash on my skin and this cream works wonders. Where I have had treatments and the skin barrier is damaged, this cream is soothing and repairs the problem . It’s not greasy, applies well and unscented. A very good product

Soothing and hydrating

It isn’t thick on the skin like a moisturiser or particularly moisturising but it added hydration to my skin which I liked. I would recommend to those who want an extra set in the skin care routine to add hydration.

Lovely spray for skin irritations

Fantastic product
