Excellent lotion, definitely a game changer

Smooth and comforting. One application and it helped heal a lot of my dry cracked skin on top of my hands and around my finger tips. I work as a hairdresser so being in a lot of water dries my hands out. This is the only hand lotion that really soothes my hands and in one application I notice how smooth it feels.

I was a bit hesitant towards buying this product since I came originally to buy the cicaplast balm but I decided to give it a chance. I work in health care, I have eczema and I wash my hands a lot. I have yet to find the perfect barrier cream but this comes pretty close! Despite the initial burning sensation I decided to purchase it and give it a second try. I can see a difference in my skin 4-5 hours after applying this hand cream. My hands feel less tight and stretched and although areas where the skin has nearly broken and worn down still appear a tinge pink I can see that it's slowly healing. It is a pricey tube for the amount that you get if you apply as much as I do but I still give it five stars. My only complaint is I wish they came in larger tubes. Wonderful product, not what I expected but I am pleasantly surprised. Considering how difficult its been for me to find a hand cream I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Moisturizing but too greasy

Very moisturizing but it's greasier/oilier than I would like. There's a very neutral scent which is what I like and I'm not allergic to any of the ingredients which is a plus. That said, it's just too greasy for me.

Miracle hand cream

This is a miracle cream! I developed scaly palms more so on my dominant hand. I don’t know what causes it but tried bag balm and another hand cream. It didn’t really help. Within a couple of days of using this repeatedly my skin barrier is restored.

Best hand cream for the winter! My hands look like crepe paper with an almost powdery look to them. This cream is the only cream that restores a natural look to the skin. Better… they stay that way for a number of hand washings.

Only so - so

Not worth it. This still makes it feel dry at finger tips. Good moisturizer but not as good as it's advertised and cost. I will be sticking with Lipikar Baume head to toe. I am surprised how it works better than cicaplast for me.

Thick and nourishing, but not greasy

The best hand cream I have ever bought for my super dry skin. A small amount keeps my hands hydrated and protected against rubbing and handwashing. Although the price is not cheap for a 50ml tube, I find that this size is the best for handbag, and I just need <1 ml each time.

Game changer for eczema hands

I love this cream. My hand became so dry and flaky and dark, became so sensitive from using dishwasher soap and hot water. I tried so many creams but nothing worked, vaseline was worse. Then I stumbled on this cream, im so impressed that I bought 2. Fast repair and keeps my hand hydrated. Would.highly recommend. The fact that its thick, you dont have to wear a lot making it economical.

Moisurizing Hand Cream Works

First off, I have sensitive skin and I am very tentative in trying new products, especially those with a higher price point. I did not develop a reaction, so I'm happy about this. My hands get very dry in the winter and I constantly need to apply cream to keep them soft and smooth. As well, it doesn't help that I work in a field that I wash my hands a lot. Sometimes areas of my skin will develop cracks, as they are so dry. The product goes on "greasy", but as it absorbs this goes away (less than 5 minutes). My hands were softer and extremely dry areas were healing and soft. As well, it felt like the cream made a slight barrier on my skin, so when I washed my hands they still felt soft and moisturized. Therefore, I didn't need to reapply the cream. This product fullfilled its promise as a hand cream and I will be using it from now on.

Actually works

I have extremely dry hands especially in the winter. To the point that my skin will crack and bleed around my knuckles. I've tried many, many different kinds of creams over the years, at all price points with little to no luck. After trying several LaRoche products and being happy with them, I decided to give this cream a try, and I'm glad I did. My hands are no longer hurting, cracked, or bleeding. They actually feel smooth even with all the washing and sanitizer I use. I usually only apply twice a day, once in the morning, and again before bed. It is a thick product, but it absorbs quickly, and doesn't leave my hands feeling greasy at all. I highly recommend giving it a try.

This is the best hand cream I have ever used and that's saying a lot! I have tried Clairns, down to cheap bargin shop brands until I found this. I have a long standing issue with very dry cuticles and the skin around my nails always peeling and flaking. LRP is not quite a cream but like a mix of cream and a soothing gel. It takes so little to rub into my nails and the more you rub the further it spreads. Within seconds it has disappeared into my skin leaving them looking so nourished and loved. Within a few days on using 3times a day I could already see the change in my skin. I will no be buying non other than LRP CICAPLAST!

I am always buying hand creams. From local stores to as far as Clarins. This is by far the best hand cream I have ever tried. I have very dry skin around my nails and cuticles and am always picking at them. Within 3 days of starting with this cream I can see a vast improvement in my skin. The cream is like a gel and cream combined. I find it runs in well and after a few minutes it disappears into my skin and my hands and nails feel nourished for a few hours. Will definitely be staying with this brand in future.

Best Hand Cream Ever!

I have tried so many hand creams, from cheap sorbolene supermarket brands to hand creams so expensive it should be a crime to sell them for that much! I have never found one to rival this for my dry, cracked skin. It is highly moisturising, yet absorbs quickly. Fragrance free, which I absolutely love for my sensitive skin. If you're looking for a hand cream this is definitely worth a try.

This hand cream is very thick and luxurious, and it leaves my hands feeling smooth. I have dry skin and hands generally. Now, with all the extra hand washing, and hand sanitising, my hands have become very dry. This cream has been great at making them feel softer and less cracked.

Love the cream but the not tube it is in.

I love the cream but the tube is too stiff. I have arthritis so it pains me to get the cream out of the tube especially as it empties. I will not be buying again. I will be looking at other brands with softer tubes.

Lovely Smooth Hands

Never thought I would have lovely smooth hands again. I was recommended this product as my hands were sore and cracked and nothing was helping them. The first thing I noticed was they didn't itch when I applied this product it was quite soothing. Now after 4 weeks my hands are great, I cannot recommend this product enough.

Amazing Hand Cream

I've only used this product for a few days and only once a day. But already it's completely changed the way my hands look. I had forgotten what my hands looked like 5 to 10 years ago but now they look like that again. I hadn't realized they had sich a red and rough texture. I can't believe how amazing this product is. It has no smell and goes on very nicely with no greasiness or lingering. I highly recommend this product.

This is the best hand cream I have ever used. I fingertips were so dry they were cracked and split and I was having to use plasters to protect them. In just a few days my hands are much better and healing nicely. The cream is not sticky and does not leave a residue. I definitely recommend this product.

Received this for Christmas from my son who knows how I struggle with dry hands and cracked fingertips. Frequently washing dishes, floors, etc adds to this problem. This hand cream feels very smooth on the skin and does not feel thick/heavy.

Mais le format est trop petit pour un utilisateur régulier. Le pot est rapidement vide et il faut souvent en racheter. Et ce n'est pas en vente partout. Un pot qui dure longtemps ce serait bien apprécié.

Dry hands due to frequent washing

I had been using Cicaplast Mains for the last month and it repaired my dry hands due to frequent sanitizing with alcohol . This hand cream is amazing . I used a couple of brands but Cicaplast is the one the works . It moisturizes and repairs damaged hands . I already ordered a couple more for everyday use at work .

Please, please never stop making this product! It's a miracle worker. By far the best hand and face moisturizer I've ever used. I've spent hundreds trying to find something to relieve my parched, red skin, and this has outperformed everything including prescription moisturizers. It works fantastically alone but I'm also having great results layering it over cicaplast baume b5. Highly recommended.

NOTHING ELSE WORKED!!!

We bought this for our 11 year old who has sweaty palms and peeling skin as a result (in addition to red spots on palms from inflamed sweat glands) - we use it nightly and it is the ONLY thing that worked to control the peeling skin and also the sweat glands are not flaring up any more (or very rarely).
