Great Everyday Cleanser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the most important steps and my morning routine is cleansing my face! I absolutely love this brand and as my first time trying cleanser from them I am very impressed! The jelly dissolves into lathering cleanser and makes my skin feel super clean and ready to tackle the day ahead!

A great cleanser that leave my skin feeling clean and refreshed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been loving the La Roche-Posay supramolecular Oil and Pores Jelly Cleanser! It’s perfect for someone with oily skin like me. It did a great job of getting rid of oil and shine without leaving my face feeling tight or stripped. Although it’s a jelly consistencyc it created a nice lather and left my skin feeling clean and refreshed. It also had a mild spa-like scent that I personally enjoyed. Overall a great cleanser option.

Unique jelly cleanser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy this face wash. There lather is great and I love how salicylic acid helps pores and oil control. It rinses nicely and the jelly texture is unique and fun. Only thing is there is fragrance if that bothers you but it is light.

La Roche-Posay Moisturiser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this product for a few weeks, I’m really impressed with the results. It has a light weight, fast-absorbing texture that feels comfortable on the skin and doesn’t leave a sticky residue. I have combination skin and this product has reduced excess oil throughout the day without making my skin feel dry or tight. My pores look more refined, my skin feels smoother and I have fewer clogged pores since using it. It also layers well under moisturiser and sun cream making it good for every day use. Hydrating!

Great for Oily Skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This moisturiser absorbs very quickly into the skin and doesn't leave any sticky or greasy residue, which makes it very ideal for oily skin. Also a little goes a long way. After the first use, within a few hours, I noticed less oil on my skin. I've also used it before bed and my face felt less oily than usual in the morning, that made me quite impressed. I even noticed that on days when I skipped using it, my skin didn't go back to being as oily as before. I really like the scent and the consistency, it feels very lightweight on the skin. Overall, a great product. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you have very oily skin.

Instantly creates a Matte Like Finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The texture is balm like which is great for blurring out pores. I have huge pores that are visible on camera and it was getting difficult. Since I started using this correcting moisturiser , the visibility of pores has reduced and they have started to look smaller. I am consistently using it and seeing that the skin is more hydrated and feels soft and smooth to touch and feel.

A difference in just a few days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A fabulous product. I'm always dubious of some of these more expensive products working, but this one genuinely does. Within two days I could massively feel and see the difference in the skin on my face. It looked clearer and brighter. It didn't remotely feel oily where even on a good day normally I'd always feel a little oil on my skin and lastly, I couldn't get over how soft my skin felt after using this product. This is honestly a top product. I can't even think of a small negative with it so it has a huge thumbs up from me.

Skin appears visibly smoother

Product is just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a few mixed feelings on this product. The texture is nice, it feels lovely on the skin and has a pleasant scent without being overpowering. My skin looks fresh and glowy after applying - it didn’t cause any breakouts or irritation. Unfortunately I haven’t noticed a significant improvement in my skin since using it, the initial glow fades and my skin returns quite dull. I don’t feel it made enough of a difference to justify purchasing it. That being said I certainly don’t dislike the product. It was nice to work with and may work better for someone with different skin needs. It just wasn’t the right fit for me.

Overall nice mattifying moisturiser

I've noticed skin being slightly mattified immediately after use but I would not say that it made massive difference on pore visibility. Great Matteness

Despite being in a UK heatwave and being slightly sweaty my skin remained matte in most facial areas for the majority of the day. By the end of the day the tzone started to develop a slight shine. Great moisturiser for oily skin

Expensive for what it does

Wanted it to correct the oiliness I get in my forehead and my nose but felt it was exactly the same as would have been with a cheaper product. Oil control is good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the texture and the packaging of the product. The packaging makes it very easy to use and carry in my handbag. It is a very easy texture easy to absorb not too heavy or thick for summer. I can imagine this would be very good for all seasons and temperature. I will definitely keep using it until we finishes. I’m not sure if I would buy it again, but so far I am enjoying it. It does pill when I use it with my SPF but it could be my SPF’s issue.

Visible pore reduction

No change after a week

I tested this product during hot weather when my skin is at its oiliest and sadly the results of tighter looking matte skin lasted a couple of hours at most. This may work better if reapplied throughout the day, although the bottle is quite small.

Instant matte

When getting the product out of the bottle, more comes out than is needed and it's quite hard to get the right amount out which leads to waste. The product is smooth and easy to apply. It gives an instant matte finish once applied. I've noticed over the last two weeks an improvement of my skin, with it looking smoother and less redness. I'll continue to use this in my face routine from now on and I hope to see even more of an improvement! Recommend!

Matte finish & pore visibility reduced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is fantastic at creating moisturised matte finish, a perfect base for a no/low makeup look. The product is a lightweight fast absorbing gel that glides on and leaves no residue behind. It controls shine in oily areas and hydrates dry areas whilst feeling like wearing nothing on your face. My pores visibility reduced slightly after use and would probably keep reducing after long term continuous use. The bottle is really easy to squeeze product out of and the flat lid is great so it can be stored with gravity pulling the product down to the opening for when it starts to run low. The product has a slightly masculine scent in my opinion and I personally would prefer something more feminine smelling or with no fragrance at all.

Not my favourite

I don’t think it had an effect on my pores either. It was a nice expert apply and a light scent. I also really liked the packaging, sleek, petite and easy for travel. Nice colours too! It was only after about a week I noticed my face wasn’t its usual greasy self first thing in the morning and throughout the day it was noticeably more matte . I still got the occasional light greasy nose on either side but that’s we’re my face oils the most. I loved the consistence of the product as it’s super lightweight. My first application I was shocked at how fast it absorbed into my skin, I found I only needed a small amount but had to work it in quite quickly. The bottle was ok but I would have preferred it to be in a pot this way there’s no wastage

Blurs fantastically!

Surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was highly sceptical about using this product and it working to hide my pores especially on my nose, chin and cheeks however this product totally worked and was a flawless base for my make-up. You could not see any of the pores, I’ve been trying to cover up for years. Extremely smooth to apply and can just be used without make-up also. Only negative is if you rub it in to much it does create small balls of the product, which was maybe a mistake on my part. I got amazing compliments on how good my face looked and I believe it was this product.

Gentle on your skin!

However, I believe that to fully work, you need to keep using it a bit longer. Texture is gelly but not sticky, great scent and leaves your skin a fresh feeling! I was able to put also some make up over it without issues. I would recommend!

After just one week of using, I have seen a difference in the oiliness around my T-zone and this has only been from using it once a day. My only criticism, which doesn't bother me but may bother some, is that the smell of it is ever so slightly "clinical". I think I much prefer that as opposed to a face cream full of artificial scent.

Amazing for my combination skin!

Cleanser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this for over a week now and feel there has been a small improvement in my skin but nothing too drastic. I can feel it cleaning the oil and dirt from my skin however it doesn’t seem to prevent or reduce the oil build up over the course of the day. My pores seem a little less visible so maybe it needs more time to use to see any drastic changes in my skin. It does smell fresh and the bottle is a nice bright blue colour. A little goes a long way as it lathers up quite a bit.

Lightweight and smoothing cleanser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive tried so many cleansing washes and this one has been the best by far ! The formula is a gel, also lightweight and non sticky. It massages into the skin so easily and leaves your skin feeling refreshed . I will certainly buy again as my skin looks clear and the product had been really gentle on my face.

Great cleanser with promising results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed testing this face wash. From the first few uses my skin felt much cleaner than it does compared to my usual face wash. I noticed more dirt and grit being removed, leaving my face feel really refreshed without feeling stripped or dry. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 out of 5 rather than full marks is a because I’m still strugging with stubborn blackheads but I am hoping they improve with continued use. Overall I’m impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product, soft foaming cleanser. Leaves skin clean and moisturised with a Matt finish. Noticed an improvement in my skin after a few days use and defiantly a reduction with how oily my skin is. Will be adding this as staple to my skin care routine.

Good cleanser but not pore-minimising

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've liked using this cleanser and found it very effective in cleansing and removing make up. It lathered up nicely and didn't irritate my skin. I'm not sure about the pore-minimising claims though because I haven't noticed a difference after a week

Gentle and comfortable cleanser for comb

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have combination skin, so it can be difficult to find a cleanser that removes impurities without making some areas feel dry. I’ve been using the La Roche-Posay Effaclar H cleansing cream for a few weeks and I’ve had a very positive experience. The texture is creamy and gentle, and it leaves my skin feeling clean, soft and comfortable. It doesn’t make the drier areas of my face feel tight, and it also doesn’t leave my T-zone feeling heavy or greasy. I like that it feels soothing enough for everyday use, especially when my skin is more sensitive. A small amount is enough for the whole face, it rinses off easily and my skin feels balanced afterwards. Overall, I think it is a very good option for combination skin that needs gentle cleansing without losing comfort or hydration.

Feels lovely on the skin!

Very good cleanser

Best cleanser for oily skin

Give It A Try

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Supramolecular Oil & Pores Correct cleanser for over a week and i’m honestly so happy with it. I have combination skin that gets quite oily around my T-zone and this cleanser leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean without making it feel tight or dry. I’ve definitely noticed that my skin looks less shiny during the day and my pores seem a bit let noticeable too. It has a lovely lightweight texture, lathers nicely and a little goes a long way. Overall, it has become a staple in my skincare routine. If you struggle with oily skin or visible pores and want something that’s effective i’d definitely recommend giving this cleanser a try.

Good cleaner

Effective product, can be drying

It does have a slight scent, which if you don’t like can be a draw back. It also can be a bit drying if used twice a day so I only use it at night. It has helped lessen my breakouts.

Really pleased

My favourite cleanser from now on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favourite clenser from now on. La Roche-Posay has been my favourite brand for over 5 years now, for my acne, scars, blemish skin. It always helps and calms down my imperfections. Cleanser made a big difference on pores on my nose and my skin doesn't look so oily all the time after using this twice a day morning and night. I like the jelly texture and packaging is nice as well. All the good ingrediences ! Definitely buying this again in the future.

Makes my skin soft and non-oily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this as part of my shower routine for a few weeks now. I’m actually surprised with how well it succeeds in making my face soft and prevents my sometimes oily forehead. My face can react sensitively to products but no blotchy results with this at all. It creates just the right amount of lather too without making a bubbly mess of a covering but also is visible enough to ensure the right coverage. I’ll be buying this product again in future
