Great Everyday Cleanser

I absolutely love this brand and as my first time trying cleanser from them I am very impressed! The jelly dissolves into lathering cleanser and makes my skin feel super clean and ready to tackle the day ahead!

A great cleanser that leave my skin feeling clean and refreshed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been loving the La Roche-Posay supramolecular Oil and Pores Jelly Cleanser! It’s perfect for someone with oily skin like me. It did a great job of getting rid of oil and shine without leaving my face feeling tight or stripped. Although it’s a jelly consistencyc it created a nice lather and left my skin feeling clean and refreshed. It also had a mild spa-like scent that I personally enjoyed. Overall a great cleanser option.

Unique jelly cleanser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy this face wash. There lather is great and I love how salicylic acid helps pores and oil control. It rinses nicely and the jelly texture is unique and fun. Only thing is there is fragrance if that bothers you but it is light.

Mild and Cleansing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An easy to use product. Lathers up well and you don't need to use too much, so it should last a long time. It's great for washing off make-up at the end of the day. It is a mild cleanser and does not irritate the skin. I cannot comment on the pore minimising side of it, as I haven't noticed anything after one week. I will continue using it.

Fabulous sensitive face wash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fabulous face wash. Lovely gel to foam texture that is perfectly balanced between cleansing and hydrating. I instantly noticed the reduction in oil throughout the day when I washed my face using this product. I also noticed that my usually larger pores had significantly improved and I had a greatly improved texture when applying makeup. I also accidentally got some of this in my eye - if "no more tears" was advertised as a product for adults this would be it! There was no stinging and it washed out of my eyes quickly.

La Roche-Posay Moisturiser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this product for a few weeks, I’m really impressed with the results. It has a light weight, fast-absorbing texture that feels comfortable on the skin and doesn’t leave a sticky residue. I have combination skin and this product has reduced excess oil throughout the day without making my skin feel dry or tight. My pores look more refined, my skin feels smoother and I have fewer clogged pores since using it. It also layers well under moisturiser and sun cream making it good for every day use. Over all it’s a great serum for anyone looking to control shine and improve skin texture. I’d definitely recommend it and I will be buying it again.

Hydrating!

Roche-Posay facewash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really glad I got this face wash to test out. I have used several face wash over the years and this has been by far the best and most effective in clean and refreshed. My skin instant felt soft and smooth as I have been suffering from oily skin, this face wash had an immediate impact. Also, you need to use a little bit as it lathers up well. I definitely recommend Roche-posay for daily use and I’ll be adding to my skincare routine.

La roche-posay oil and pores correct cle

Effective so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from oily skin and congested pores, and usually I use Cerave foaming cleanser for normal - oily skin. I thought this would be fairly similar and I wasn't wrong. It's a little more scented than the Cerave and a little more stripping - my skin felt a tad drier after cleansing, pre-moisturiser. Having used it for a week I do think my skin looks better for it. I'll repurchase as I think it'll be particularly useful during my period, when I essentially become a big greasy chip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This moisturiser absorbs very quickly into the skin and doesn't leave any sticky or greasy residue, which makes it very ideal for oily skin. Also a little goes a long way. After the first use, within a few hours, I noticed less oil on my skin. I've also used it before bed and my face felt less oily than usual in the morning, that made me quite impressed. I even noticed that on days when I skipped using it, my skin didn't go back to being as oily as before. I really like the scent and the consistency, it feels very lightweight on the skin. Overall, a great product. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you have very oily skin.

Instantly creates a Matte Like Finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The texture is balm like which is great for blurring out pores. I have huge pores that are visible on camera and it was getting difficult. Since I started using this correcting moisturiser , the visibility of pores has reduced and they have started to look smaller. I am consistently using it and seeing that the skin is more hydrated and feels soft and smooth to touch and feel.

Refreshed and Cleansed Skin

A difference in just a few days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A fabulous product. I'm always dubious of some of these more expensive products working, but this one genuinely does. Within two days I could massively feel and see the difference in the skin on my face. It looked clearer and brighter. It didn't remotely feel oily where even on a good day normally I'd always feel a little oil on my skin and lastly, I couldn't get over how soft my skin felt after using this product. This is honestly a top product. I can't even think of a small negative with it so it has a huge thumbs up from me.

Lovely cleanser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a really lovely cleanser. Not drying on skin but has that fresh clean feel after using. Lathers up reasonably well and doesn’t have an over fragranced scent. I can’t say I noticed a huge change in terms of the size of my pores or the amount I have, but my skin definitely didn’t get worse and did with time have less breakouts and begin to have a glowing look to it. After using for 3 weeks, I have seen a good enough effect that I would recommend to friends/those with acne prone skin.

Skin appears visibly smoother

Smooth, soft and clear

Product is just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a few mixed feelings on this product. The texture is nice, it feels lovely on the skin and has a pleasant scent without being overpowering. My skin looks fresh and glowy after applying - it didn’t cause any breakouts or irritation. Unfortunately I haven’t noticed a significant improvement in my skin since using it, the initial glow fades and my skin returns quite dull. I don’t feel it made enough of a difference to justify purchasing it. That being said I certainly don’t dislike the product. It was nice to work with and may work better for someone with different skin needs. It just wasn’t the right fit for me.

Great Matteness

Despite being in a UK heatwave and being slightly sweaty my skin remained matte in most facial areas for the majority of the day. By the end of the day the tzone started to develop a slight shine. Really good cleanser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My skin is oily with large pores, and I really enjoyed this cleanser. I am a daily makeup and sunscreen wearer, and my cleanser needs to be very effective at removing it all without stripping my skin and damaging my moisture barrier. This cleanser is lovely to use. It has a jelly like consistency and lathers up like a dream, and leaves my skin feeling lovely, fresh and clean without it feeling dry or tight. It doesn't cause any irritation or sting my eyes, and removes makeup very effectively, there is no residue left on my face. It does claim to mattify and reduce the size of pores. In all honesty, while it does make my skin appear lovely and fresh, I haven't found it to be the case. However, mattifying and reducing pore size isn't what I am looking for in a cleanser. It does not make my skin any oilier, but it does not make it less oily. It cleanses very well, does not strip the skin, does not irritate my skin, and removes product from my face, and that's all I need it to do.

Expensive for what it does

Wanted it to correct the oiliness I get in my forehead and my nose but felt it was exactly the same as would have been with a cheaper product. Oil control is good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the texture and the packaging of the product. The packaging makes it very easy to use and carry in my handbag. It is a very easy texture easy to absorb not too heavy or thick for summer. I can imagine this would be very good for all seasons and temperature. I will definitely keep using it until we finishes. I’m not sure if I would buy it again, but so far I am enjoying it. It does pill when I use it with my SPF but it could be my SPF’s issue.

Visible pore reduction

No change after a week

I tested this product during hot weather when my skin is at its oiliest and sadly the results of tighter looking matte skin lasted a couple of hours at most. This may work better if reapplied throughout the day, although the bottle is quite small.

Instant matte

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the packaging look. When getting the product out of the bottle, more comes out than is needed and it's quite hard to get the right amount out which leads to waste. The product is smooth and easy to apply. It gives an instant matte finish once applied. I've noticed over the last two weeks an improvement of my skin, with it looking smoother and less redness. I'll continue to use this in my face routine from now on and I hope to see even more of an improvement! Recommend!

Good basic cleanser

Great for the face, problematic on chest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive and test this product, however, unfortunately after two weeks use, it hasn't lived up to my expectations. My facial skin does look good, although I don't feel that my pores look visably smaller. The problem I have encountered is that my neck and chest has become covered in small spots since I began using the cleanser. I find it really strange that this hasn't occured on my face and can only assume it is due to the difference in skin texture between the two areas. I have had a constant coverage of white heads popping up daily that has made me concious of wearing clothes that expose this area which hasn't been great in a heatwave. Unfortunately for this reason I wouldn't buy this product or recommend it :(

Matte finish & pore visibility reduced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is fantastic at creating moisturised matte finish, a perfect base for a no/low makeup look. The product is a lightweight fast absorbing gel that glides on and leaves no residue behind. It controls shine in oily areas and hydrates dry areas whilst feeling like wearing nothing on your face. My pores visibility reduced slightly after use and would probably keep reducing after long term continuous use. The bottle is really easy to squeeze product out of and the flat lid is great so it can be stored with gravity pulling the product down to the opening for when it starts to run low. The product has a slightly masculine scent in my opinion and I personally would prefer something more feminine smelling or with no fragrance at all.

Good cleanser but not ideal

However I have very sensitive skin and developted some irritation while using it, so I had be cautioh with it. I can’t say for certain that the cleanser caused but personally I don’t think it would be my first choice for very sensitive or reactive skin

Good product with potential

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only been trialling this product for a week but I am really enjoying it. It foams up well and a little really goes a long way, I can see this bottle lasting me a long time. It has a pleasant smell, not too strong and doesn't linger like other products. It leaves your face feeling really clean and refreshed. I think I have noticed a very slightly decrease in pore size especially around my nose and cheek area but I need longer with the product to say for sure. I would say there again has been a slight less of a sheen on my face throughout the day so it could also be down to this product. Overall I would recommend and I'm hoping to see good results with a few more weeks usage.

Really impressed with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really impressed with this so far and will continue using it, it's a gel like formula that foams up when using, it's super smooth on the skin when applying and is the right consistency so that it doesn't just slide off or run before you have a chance to use it. There's no harsh grit so it's really nice and feels gentle. I usually like a product to have some sort of exfoliation for my face but I have been converted! It foams really nicely as well so it still feels like it's doing something. The product doesn't have a fragrance to it which is perfect for me as I don't like synthetic fragrances on my face. After using my skin feels mattified and smooth with a slight tightness to it but not to the extent of being dry or uncomfortable. It really clears away oil well and I have noticed a reduction in my skin producing oil too. My pores definitely appear clearer and unclogged. However it doesn't reduce their appearance. The improvement overall has been really good for 1 weeks use.

Refreshing cleanser

My new favourite face wash

Love love the results!

Ive tested this product for two weeks and the results didnt let me down, my skin feels so much softer and oil free for most of the day, its helped my outbreak theyve gone down quicker and im gaining way less spots then before. My skin feels so refreshed. It foams up so well so no need to over apply the product, has a lovely little scent to it not overpowering! Overall this is the perfect cleanser for me.

Not my favourite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has a wonderful light texture, more like a serum than a moisturiser. But even though it’s not heavy in oils it felt really oily on my skin. I don’t think it had an effect on my pores either. It was a nice expert apply and a light scent. I also really liked the packaging, sleek, petite and easy for travel. Nice colours too! But overall I don’t think it’s for my skin. I wouldn’t repurchase and wouldn’t recommend

La Roche-Lasay Gel Cleanser

I suffer with really oily skin and I can say that this has helped to slightly minimise the amount of oil on my face throughout the day but nothing major. A little goes a long way so I would say it’s worth the spend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re like me and wake up (especially in hotter months) looking like you’ve applied a fresh layer of vegetable oil to your face then please try this. It was only after about a week I noticed my face wasn’t its usual greasy self first thing in the morning and throughout the day it was noticeably more matte . I still got the occasional light greasy nose on either side but that’s we’re my face oils the most. I loved the consistence of the product as it’s super lightweight. My first application I was shocked at how fast it absorbed into my skin, I found I only needed a small amount but had to work it in quite quickly. The bottle was ok but I would have preferred it to be in a pot this way there’s no wastage

Love this cleanser

Phenomenal Clean!

Good under makeup, but not a pore eraser

For the first few days it seemed to dry out my dry area (around the nose) further however after continuing to use the product over the past 2 weeks it seems to have balanced out. Nothing a bit of moisturiser after can't fix! Overall the product has helped with pores and oily skin, decent product. Leaves my face feeling refreshed, clean and soft at the end of the day!
