Why change consistency - complete waste of money and messy. If it’s not broken don’t fix it. Really disappointed with the brand for this nonsensical change. I loved this treatment, but having just bought and opened a new tube, more ended up on the floor and on my clothes. “Hey, let’s put a liquid in a tube because science”. Moronic. I would like to leave a video with this review, not a photo, to demonstrate the wasted product flowing out of the tube.

I bought this months ago. I was surprised upon openned. It's pure liquid the consistency is not cream. Doesn't not look like picture on the websites platform, but after reading everyone's comments, I really suspected that there was a big problem with this batch of creams! Most of my skincare is from this brand. But this cream is very disappointed 😞

An overnight gem

A superb little product. I really like this overnight renew. It certainly does what it says on the bottle. You wake up with baby soft skin. Helping achieve a glow and combined with the glycolic cleanser it’s perfect. I make sure I use high SPF when using these products

It really works!

Becoming fifty has made the battle with wrinkle-town a little harder than before, and I had almost given up and come to terms with my destiny. That was until I tried this product! I had tried retinol, but it was too harsh for my sensitive, redness-prone skin. I'm so pleased with Glycolic 10 Renew Overnight; the results are amazing and almost too good to be true! It's almost like my skin has been renewed over the last few days. I have fewer wrinkles, smaller pores, and dewier skin. I am able to use it every night without a hint of irritation or dryness. I read on the American Skinceuticals site that vitamin C can be used with glycolic acid, so I applied my C E Ferulic Serum after the glycolic serum, and that made the results even better. If you haven't tried this product yet, you really, really should.

Great for keeping skin clear and plump

I started using this a couple of months ago adding it to my care routine as my skin was looking dull and had lost its shine. I use a small amount every other night as I alternate with using my retinol cream, it tingles slightly and once absorbed around 30 minutes later I apply a moisturiser, the results are great with my skin looking for hydrated and plump and also clear in the morning. I also use the glycolic cleanser a couple of times a week.

Bad texture! 2 differs liquids are coming out

I have been using your products for years! This product is really disappointing! Looks like it doesn’t mix properly and 2 different liquids are coming out. Bought it brand new and 80 GBP - straight to the bin. I hope you can improve it!

Doesnt work

Unless I got a dud one, and an expensive one at that, this cream does not deliver any benefits of a peel. I have read the reviews of others saying that they feel a tingle on their skin or flakiness. I started as suggested with alternating a pea sized amount on my skin at night for the past week and not noticed any difference. I have started putting excessive amounts on nightly to find a reaction.... And still nothing. So much for a 'potent' product. I would be interested to get some feedback from the producer.

Amazing texture, and brilliant results!

I have a dry, ageing skin - and love to use a comprehensive SkinCeuticals product. Glowing skin

It helped, but I have reservations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in my late 30s with adult acne and a lot of (relatively mild) acne scarring, as well as visible pores and a few lines. I really struggle with my skin and it's got worse in the past few years as I add ageing and dehydration to the acne issues. My pores are very large and noticeable. As suggested, I used this every other day for a week, and then moved onto using it daily for a week or so, but then life circumstances got in the way and I used it more sporadically for another couple of weeks. So maybe I haven't given it the thorough testing I would have liked to. Initially I noticed that it burned slightly when I applied it, and I had a bit of flaking skin on my face, but this wore off fairly quickly. By the end of the second week I really did feel like my skin was looking a lot better than usual - the pores seemed smaller, my acne had reduced, and the general texture and glow was better. Makeup went on more easily and looked better. However, even though I was careful to wear sunscreen when I went out, I noticed that I seemed to be getting slightly burned on sunny days (in Feb/March in Southern England), and pigmentation spots from the sun on my cheekbones seemed to be darker. This really worried me, and because of this I'm not sure it's something I would use regularly, or beyond the winter months. I had high hopes for this but I'm not sure I could say it was a 100% success - I feel like it was quite tricky to use right, I had some concerns about the potential for sun damage, and when I stopped using it I seemed to break out more than usual. There was definitely a period, though, where I really felt quite confident about my skin for the first time in a while. So I'm a bit mixed on this one. The Blemish + Age Defence Serum was overall better for my skin concerns than this, I think.

Great for sensitive skin

Real Glow

This product definitely has great results, but I believe that in order to maximise its potential you should follow a morning and nighttime skincare regime. A bit more gloomy, but a little underwhelmed

The instructions advised me to initially apply only every other evening which i did before applying my skinceuticals CE Ferulic (orange, but they have assured me it’s still effective!). Having seen no change in my skin’s appearance, I upped this to every night. At first, I did think that there was a positive effect. However, this morning I noticed red bumps on my nose and at my hairline. My skin doesn’t look any better. I’ll keep using it as the real results tend to take longer but, so far, I’m not impressed.

Glowing skin by the morning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted to use a glycolic peel product for a while, but I have noticed after reading up on the ingredient that the competitors are a waste of money as the true glycolic disappears due to your skins ph level, so they are in effect a waste of money. I also don't like to use at home peels as they often come with adverse effects. This product is really easy to use, after cleaning I just apply a drop to my finger and it covers my whole face. Be careful as it does come out quickly. After a tingle after the first few uses, the product melts in to the skin instantly, as if nothing is being used. I wake up in the morning with the dead skin cells removed, and feeling overall cleaner and fresher. I predict this tube will last me 3 months, so it's well worth the price point. Thanks again skinc!

I have used this a number of ways but the best way for me is to apply after cleansing then use an oil or moisturiser over this. Radiance Boosting

Glow in a bottle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was kindly sent this product to review by skinceuticals to give an honest review. Having suffered chronic hormonal acne i’m quite particular of which products I choose to use on my skin and as a whole I find Skinceuticals range great so was excited to try this new product. It comes in an opaque white bottle and a pleasant surprise was that it is a gel formulation. It is a white opaque gel the recommended pea sized amount was enough to cover my face and neck. I loved the gel as being an oily/combo skinned girl I prefer a lighter formulation in my skincare rather than a thick heavy cream, however this product is surprisingly Very hydrating which was another pleasant surprise! One I didn’t expect from such a strong acid over night product. My skin didn’t feel like it was missing my usual night time skincare at all. Upon application there was a slight tingle on my cheeks (which I expected having used other acid based products before) but within a couple of minutes this was gone and it wasn’t at all uncomfortable. My first morning I woke with a beautiful glow to my skin!! I was most impressed!! My skin didn’t feel irritated at all. Following the instructions I used it every other night for the first week and then have just finished my second week of using it nightly. I haven’t had any irritation whatsoever, my skin has such a beautiful glow to it- I’m really quite amazed (even my friend commented on it yesterday!) and it feels silky smooth and as though it is helping counteract some of my texture issues with old marks from previous acne scars. What I really love about this product is that it’s hydrating without being greasy. Hydrating enough to not need your skincare, and that it’s such a strong acid formulation yet doesn’t strip your skin. Instead you wake with your Skin feeling more nourished and glowing. It doesn’t and hasn’t irritated my skin (and I use retional products normally). This will definitely be a staple in my regimen. Thanks for making such a great product!

Smooth, refreshed complexion

Clearer Complexion

It is a 10% Glycolic peel so it even sounds a bit harsh but I couldn't believe how hydrated my skin was afterwards! Does what it says no the tin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good product, I've only used it few times, since I've bought it just over a week ago, and initially you're only supposed to apply it on the face every other night, until more tolerance to the product is build. I have quite sensitive skin, however thought that the product does not make my skin flare up, so I could use it all over my face, including cheeks, which are most prone to redness. I could see the results after only a first use. Skin felt softer and any break-outs that were there the night before, have gone down. I will continue using it in addition to a gentle cleanser before and a sunscreen cream the following day, as well as Vit C serum (also from SkinCeuticals) which I love a lot. This is a very good product, does exactly what it's supposed to, and I will continue using it, as the best results will apparently show after 8 weeks, which I'm looking forward to seeing. Worth a try even for the price tag, as you only require a pea size, therefore little goes a long way. Recommended!
