Apply a small amount of the La Roche Posay Toleriane Sensitive Dermo-Cleanser to wet skin. Massage into the face in circular motions to foam. Rinse and pat skin dry with a clean towel. Charging same amount for less product

I have used this product for 5 years and it has been fantastic. However, recently the company released it in new packaging that only offers 40ml/39 of product, whereas the old packaging was 50ml/48g of product. The price of the 40ml product is still the same as it was for the 50ml product. Shame on this company for trying to trick the customers into paying the same for 20% less product! This is on top of price increases over the past 5 years. Will not be purchasing anymore.

Not for my skin

I have sensitive skin and have bought many of your products and have been really happy with them. I decided to try another one of your products but I did not get on with it at all. The scent was very strong, stronger than the other products and as soon as I applied it to my skin I could feel it starting to tingle and become hot. I took it off immediately and tried it again after a few days but got the same reaction. I’m afraid I will not be using this again.
