Dehydrates because of glycerine

Strips all the hydration from my skin. I honestly don’t understand how this has so many good reviews. I adore Cerave’s SA cleanser for my sensitive dehydrated skin but thought I’d branch out and see if the “hydrating cleanser” could help it more but sadly the glycerin or oil (couldn’t see of it was oil free or not) dehydrate my skin terribly. It really goes against what it says it does. I really don’t understand how this has so many good reviews.

Gave me eczema

Never had eczema in my life but using this face wash gave me eczema all around my nose after just 3 days of use. Took 2+ weeks not using it for the eczema to clear up.

Disappointed.

The smell of this product is very yeasty- smells like stale beer. The pump keeps falling off the bottle- very annoying in the shower . Product is okay- wouldn’t rave about it. Will not be buying this again.

Best affordable gentle cleanser

Took a while to get used to the consistency, but once I was there I was loving this! I use this every morning and after cleansing balms at night. Does the job gently and leaves my face smoother and soft.

Not sure how much it does

I have been using this cleanser for a couple of weeks now and didn't really question it's performance. However, after using a tinted SPF and using this cleanser on it, I noticed it didn't remove the SPF at all. Even after 2x goes, I still had residue from it on my white towel. I realise this is not a makeup remover, but I have never had any issues removing sunscreen with any other cleansers I have used. Now I question how much this actually does, if anything.

Perfect for sensitive / dry skin

I suddenly got really sensitive and dry skin last year in lockdown and I tried a lot of different products which either didn't work or made my skin even worse. I bought this cleanser on a recommendation from a friend and I haven't looked back. It's got a thin smooth balmy serum texture to the cleanser, so feels great on the skin when applying, but also works longer term throughout the day keeping my skin feeling hydrated and glowing. I've upgraded myself to the bigger bottle each time I've purchased. Great value and great results.

i love this product i got it a few weeks ago because my skin has been pretty bad lately it has help my skin so much.everyday when i use this my skin feels so hydrating and smooth and fresh. i also love how it soo affordable and the fragrance is not overpowering.this is the only skincare brand i trust !

Best Cleanser I've ever used

I've been using this cleanser for more than 4 months now and my skin has improved so much! At first, like many others i felt like it wasn't cleaning my face so well since i had oily and acne prone skin. I switched between this and the foaming cleanser depending on how oily my skin was that day. Thanks to this cleanser my face is so hydrated that my acne is is beginning to disappear and my face is not oily anymore from the hydration this cleanser gives! This is the only cleanser i currently use along with the cerave moisturiser. 100% recommend. You need to give it time to see improvements.

Great formula

I love the texture and the fact that this cleanser didn't break me out. Its really hard for me to use a non foaming cleanser that doesn't break me out. But this one for sure did the job. Its left my skin clean however not stripped of its natural oils. I loved it!

Good hydration

Absolutely over the moon I got to trial this product for Social Soup. I have never been much of a multistep facial kinda gal so never really felt the benefits of a cleanser. What can I say.... Hydrating but doesn’t feel cleansing

Tried a sample and although it did a great job hydrating it felt a bit too slippery and didn’t feel like it cleaned my face. Perhaps would be a better product for wiping off with cotton pads rather than lathering on and rinsing but not sure how the residue would be like if left on face.

I received this as a trial, and while with the moisturiser it left my skin feeling hydrated, I didn’t enjoy that it felt like it didn’t rub properly. I think this was due to it not foaming etc. It has moisturising agents and so my skin didn’t feel like it was “clean”

Lightweight refreshing cleanser

I only had quite a small sample so have only tried this a couple of times. But so far so good. It's very light weight and soft on my skin. The hyalronic acid is a fabulous ingredient. All of my favorite skincare include this! I have sensitive skin so this has been a safe choice. I've given it 4 stars it's lost one star for the plain packaging but other than that definitely worth a try!

Dry legs and Sensitive Skin

I was sent a sample to try this, and at first was a little cautious. With sensitive skin, I often do not try new things, but finally gave it a go. And it was worth it. It was nice and light on my skin and did not leave a film and made my skin feel soft and supple right away. Would definitely get a larger bottle as it helped to bring back the moisture. Used with the moisturiser is the perfect combination.

Feeling clean

cant get past the smell

i got really excited when i saw this used hyaluronic acid but that quickly disappated when i opened my sample, this smells so strongly of sunscreen i thought i would persevere but the smell clung to me all day aside from the smell it is a decent product

I really wanted to love this as the description really spoke to me. Unfortunately the smell was so strong and spf like that I couldn’t get past it. The consistency was also very thick which made it hard to rub in and feel as if it was completely cleansing my skin. I tried hard to make it work for over a week but it’s just not for me.
