I have a terrible time with my hands becoming so dry and the skin on my fingers catches on fabric. This product helped immediately and continued use as shown a huge improvement with dryness on my hands.

Heavily scented compared to other lipikar products

I love the lipikar lineup but the Xerand is heavily scented. I was expecting it to be hypoallergenic and I'm unable to use it due to the strong scent.

Best hand cream on the market

I have used Roche Posay Lipikar hand cream for many years. It is the only hand cream on the market - and I have tried them all - that clears and keeps at bay the endless peeling on my hands that I suffer from. It also does the job without greasiness. I love it and can highly recommend it

Ça brûle!

J'ai acheté cette crème car j'espérais quelque chose d'apaisent et hydratant, ça BRÛLE ma peau. J'ai l'impression de mettre de l'alcool sur mes mains. Je fais de l'eczéma et ma peau est très sensible. Le positif, elle ne rend pas la peau grasse. Elle est peut être pertinente pour hydrater la peau en surface, mais les crevasses de la peau brûle au contact de la peau.

Winter must-have!

My hands used to dry out severely every winter and develop eczema with bleeding, no matter what creams and how much I put, and need a strong cortisone to heal. This is the first cream that actually worked out. Now I use it every winter to prevent this and keep my skin soft and healthy.

A sauvé mes mains

je souffre d'eczéma de frottage.. vous dire que depuis 2020 avec le lavage et produits désinfectants mes mains en ont eu pour leur argent! j'ai une collection de produits que j'ai essayé (une très grosse collection de crèmes de toutes sortes incluant votre cicaplast) et bien sûr la cortisone! la crème lipikar Xerand pour les mains a été salvatrice pour moi, combinée en cas de grosse crise au baume Lipikar AP+M mes mains ne sont plus craquelées... seul bémol... le format... petit pratique pour la bourse, mais j'aimerais avoir un format plus grand écologiquement ce serait mieux . Ah et je ne mets plus de cortisone depuis que j'utilise les produits

Very dissapointed

I assumed that since the Lipikar line says that it is fragrance free and even cares for babies, it should include all the products in the line. I was very surprised to have such a strong scent of purfume that I could not even wash it off. The more I tried the more smelly my hands got. My trust in La Roche - Posay is gone, I will have to research everything I buy before I buy. Most products from your company have fragrance added so I can't use!

I love the Lipikar range. This hand cream leaves my dry hands feelings very soft (almost silky!). It doesn't leave the skin feeling tacky or greasy. I recommend this cream for anyone with dry hands. My mum also uses this for her eczema and she highly rates it.

Worth every penny

All in one hand protector; it has a mild scent that I am gravitating towards. Best hand cream ever bought, non-sticky, absorbs in no time, long lasting effect, very handy to carry in your bag, it has a pretty decent packaging. Love the fact it comes in a tube and not in a tub. Pocket friendly.

The best hand cream

Being a hairdresser, my hands are always dry and cracked as My hands are mostly in water. I have tried numerous brands but none seemed to work until my mum bought this one for me. Absolutely life saver. It sinks easily without leaving my hands greasy and it also smells nice. I can see the effects straight after applying so i cannot recommend it enough. Its the product that cannot miss from my handbag all year round.

Strong fragrance, stings my dry skin

I hands are dry and itch, so I tried this for the first time. The fragrance is very strong and my hands become red and itchy after use. I had to wash it off. I will go back to using cicaplast hand cream.

Very hydrating

The hand cream is really good. Very hydrating and it's not thick, so you don't really feel it once you've applied it. I just wished there were more products in a bottle, but it's definitively a good hand cream.

Great Moisturizer

It goes on well and there is no greasy residue which I am happy about as I use it for my hands. Don’t like them to be slippery afterwards. I have only just purchased the product so I don’t know all its benefits yet.
