Lovely cream

Burned my face

Wanted to love it!

Conflicted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for about 10 days now, both morning and night. I will say that it is completely fragrance free. For a hyaluronic acid cream it is very creamy and I have zero dry patches, which is always an issue for me with this type of cream. That being said, the rich, creamy texture turns very tacky on my skin. What surprised me is that makeup goes on very nicely over this cream and my makeup stays in place all day. I am no the fence about the trade off between the texture on my skin and the fact that it really does moisturize. I will continue to use it until the entire jar is gone before I form a final opinion on whether I will continue to use this cream. This product was provided to me at no cost for an unbiased review.

Blown away!

Surpassed my expectations

I mainly use high-end skin products because I can be sensitive to some products. I have combination skin with extremely dry areas and live in a humid climate. On the the oily areas of my face the Mineral 89 Rich Cream did not make my skin more oily but the dry areas of my face did not seem to benefit from the richness. I also found it to be a bit sticky after soaking in. I would definitely use this product with my night skincare routine but underneath makeup for day use it was a bit too rich.

Great winter moisturizer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product through bzzagent. I am always on the hunt for great moisturizers that actually work and don’t irritate my sensitive skin. I used it two days in a row and then decided I want to put the 100 hour to the test. The last time I used it was 4 days ago. I am in a very hot and humid area in the south. The 2nd day before second use after shower I was running around doing laundry and working up a sweat. I noticed where I had put the product on my neck the night before there was a thick layer of sweat because of the product on my neck. I did not have that issue with this product on my face. It is a rich moisturizer that isn’t too thick. I think it is amazing for dry skin. My skin still feels great 4 days later after running around at work and many showers and washes. It did wear nice under makeup. I feel for me at least this isn’t a great summer product to use in a place as humid as New Orleans. I will definitely keep using this moisturizer, but not everyday in the summer.

decently moisturizing cream

My experience with some Vichy products in the past were that they were noticeably fragranced but I'm happy that this one is fragrance free. Glowing hydration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Minéral 89 Rich Creme from Vichy gave my skin the glow and hydration it desperately needed. The patented volcanic mineral rich water and hyaluronic acid teamed up to give me hours on end of plump skin. It claims to give me 10 hours of moisture and I can't disagree with that, lol. This cream melted right into my skin. I used it at night on my face, neck and back of my hands (tip my grandmother taught me) and awake to smooth, refreshed skin. It gives a non greasy glow that I appreciate. I know it it does more once I add the booster serum to my routine. I really love that it is fragrance, dye and silicone free. I can't wait to try more from this brand.

Winter Skin Hydration!

This feels luxe, from the packaging (which looks nice sitting out on my bathroom counter) and the consistency of the cream. When they say "Rich" they mean it! It's a very think, creamy moisturizer. It takes a minute to sink into the skin and a little goes a long way. Sometimes fragrance free means that the product smells kind of odd, but this truly has no scent. It didn't clog my pores or cause any breakouts over the five days I used it--applied before bed after my serums. The intense richness of this moisturizer means it's not quite right for me in the summer, but I'm putting it aside to pull out when December's dry air rolls around and my skin needs this level of moisturizer. If you have parched, dry skin, this is a perfect option for you!

Luxurious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I love the packaging of this product and that it is in a glass container. When I opened it and gave it a whiff. It is truly indeed fragrance free. Thank you for making a product for those of us that are sensitive to fragrances. The product is truly decadent. Feels luxurious to the touch. My skin felt hydrated, soothed and nourished. I first tried this moisturizer at night and when I woke up in the morning, my skin still had a glow. My skin tends to be on the dry side and had no dry patches. A little goes a long way too. It is very emollient but lightweight and not greasy. This is just as good as a high end product that I have used and at a fraction of the price. I must say that I am impressed with Vichy since I never heard of the brand. I am so glad that I was given a free sample to try. I will probably purchase when I am done with my sample. Overall, I am impressed and will recommend to my friends who love anti aging products. Long lasting, no strong scent and works well!

I finally found a product that is both long lasting and effective. My skin tends to get dry and most moisturizers don’t last. I used this on day one and noticed HOURS later, I still had the dewy complexion that I achieved after applying it. I love the rich texture and the fact that there is no strong smell to it is perfect! I use it alone or under makeup and It actually gives me a certain glow. I really love this product! Moisture boost to dehydrated skin....

It goes on a little greasy, but quickly melts into your skin. After returning from a tropical vacation, my skin was dry and in desperate need of hydration. Mineral 89 provided that relief and my skin felt soft and looked great. When I woke in the morning, I saw a glowing face in the mirror. This cream produces similar results to high end beauty products; therefore, I am adding Vichy to my nightly routine. Very hydrating and doesn't pill

Deep hydration without the heaviness

It has a very hydrating yet thin texture. It is not heavy on the skin but gives you that glowing drink your skin needs. I found this the perfect cream to layer between serum and SPF - I’ve been using it as my day cream and find it layers great under SPF and makeup. I have mature skin that leans dry so I most enjoy skincare that provides real, long lasting moisture and locks in hydration and this is a pretty darn perfect option for that. I also love the glass packaging. All in all I’m very happy and will continue to use this lovely cream.

I have very dry skin, and living in the desert makes it very challenging to keep my skin moisturized. The texture of the Vichy is light, but offers enough moisture to last for hours. The cream is absorbed quickly, it doesn't leave a greasy residue on your skin. There is no fragrance, no silicone, no colorants. 93% of the ingredients are of natural origin. I use it in the morning and at night. I have noticed that after using it for just 1 week my skin feels more hydrated, the fine lines seem less noticeable. The hyaluronic acid is essential for keeping the skin hydrated, especially mature skin. The minerals and the natural origin lipids keep your skin moisturized for 100 hours, which is absolutely incredible! This cream has become my new favorite, it performs as well, if not better than much more expensive creams!
