In love with these series

Great for sensitive skin

Bought this a few weeks ago when I stopped being able to tolerate my old retinol cream. It's been good for my sensitive skin so far! Just wondering what percentage of retinol is in this and the eye cream for comparison purposes?

La Roche-Posay considers percentages of select ingredients in our products proprietary. Whilst we don't have an exact percentage of retinol available, we can tell you that it's formulated in an ingredient balance that is well tolerated by sensitive skin, while being efficacious for anti-ageing purposes. It's fairly mild for this purpose, but you may want to introduce to your skin slowly, just to help it adjust to this ingredient if you're new to it. We hope this helps! Loving this Skin Care Range

I have just started using this skin care range. So far loving them all. I purchased the night Retinol Serum and then thought the Redermic Cream may be a good night cream to use with the serum, however, i have just read that you should not use two retinol products together, is this correct?

Love this product

I really like this product, leaves my skin smooth, there is a gentle fragrance to it, but not very strong, just about right. Noticed the difference in my skin after a few applies.

Feels lovely, not reactive.

I’ve been using for only two nights so far but it feels lovely and smooth on. I’m still a bit uncertain if this is meant to be used as a night moisturiser or if it is more of a serum and I’m meant to use a moisturiser after it. There is no directions about its place/order in your skin care routine.

Impressive results

I've been using this retinol cream for about a month and I already like the results. My blemish prone skin has cleared up and fine lines look less visible. It doesn't irritate my skin like other retinol creams and it has a lightweight texture wgich absorbs quickly. My skin feels smooth and looks more even. Highly recommend it.

So far, not great

I purchased this pricey little tube because it is gentle around the eyes where I have age spots/ liver spots on my temples. I’ve been applying the cream every night for 3 weeks and have seen no change or improvement. What time frame do you suggest to see results? My 2 star review is of course subject to change if the products starts working… :)

Great results

I have been using Redermic R for the past 6 months and I absolutely love it. I was a bit worried about using a product containing retinol but this one is mild and my skin took to it immediately. My skin looks and feel really good and I wouldn’t be without Redermic R now. A little goes a long way and I always make sure to use SPF afterwards. A great find.

Retinol serum

I’ve been using the retinol serum for about a month.I love it but If I apply it too close to my eye I get sore and flaky. Should I use the retinol eye cream there instead? Also can I use the serum and Redermic retinol cream on top of my serum to up my skincare with retinol or should I use there alternatively. I also have the vit c serum. I like it but it goes into little flaky but when I put makeup on which is disappointing.

It's something you must have

Wowzer

This eye cream is the one. It has seriously helped to reduce the look of fine lines around my eyes. I was so afraid to smile in pictures because the lines become so prominent. I hated it. However after using this cream only for a few weeks now. I have noticed a reduction in my crows feet.

Not what I expected

I bought this eye cream after reading some good reviews, however I’ve not enjoyed this product as much as I was hoping to. I found my skin feeling unchanged and even slightly irritated. I’m 40 with fairly normal skin (not sensitive). I also like my eye creams to feel a bit thicker, this eye cream is quite fluid.

HG retinol

I have tried a few retinols, I use a very basic moisturiser so like to add something more active and this is it. I alternate between putting moisturiser over the top as retinols can be harsh on the skin and this works well for me. After only a few days, I’ve noticed I wake up with significantly smoother skin, if I have any acne or pimples they be significantly diminished overnight. I haven’t had any issues with adjusting to this as I had previously been using retinol.

Disappointing

I have used this product about 5 times and I now have quite red cheeks which I have never never ever had in my life. Also my skin in those areas now has a sort of roughing dry feel to it I am actually quite distraught about this as people always remark on what beautiful skin I have. I am in my late seventies. n

Redermic Retinol

I love the retinol products & have found an improvement in skin firmness. One comment I would say is that the tubes are made of a metal & tend to split so cream seeps out along the tube. It would be lovely to have these tubes made of a different product or in a pot.

Freckles be gone!

Truely amazing!

Formula changed

I am so annoyed. I have been using redeeming for a couple of years and loved it. Now tocopherol which I am allergic to has been added. My old tubes of redermic were tocopherol free. So now I can’t use the sun creams or the retinol product. The product worked fine without the tocopherol so why add it?

Beautiful texture, consistency, and ingredients.

I’ve been using this a few weeks now and I can see a difference in my skin - the texture, clarity and fine lines are softened. It’s a beautiful formula that feels a lot more moisturising than any other retinol product I’ve tried. The packing is great too, keeps it airtight.
