Great Vit C serum for oily /acne prone skin

Great Vit C serum for oily /acne prone skin. Compared to the original formula, I find my skin is less sticky and oily immediately after and throughout the day. It absorbs nice and quick as well and I haven’t had any rash or breakout since starting to use it. I feel like it’s an easy step in my morning routine and my skin is benefiting from great ingredients. Will definitely repurchase once it’s done.

Makes a difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this product for around a month and I have felt like my skin has improved. People have complimented me saying my face looks better. It is very concentrated and strong so I would suggest a patch test first and starting with a small amount. My skin also seemed more tanned and I have checked and this product is advertised to brighten skin so maybe it was this. Always wear spf! It’s also not greasy like some serums and I like that this is a unique formula.

Great serum for oily skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it reduces oiliness which is especially good in hot weather. I noticed a slight reduction in fine lines. I struggle a lot with a post acne discolouration and hiperpigmentation. After using this serum, I noticed my skin started to be brighter and more even. The only thing I don't like about it is the price, but still, results are worth it.

Amazing skincare product

Best Vitamin C Serum I Have Ever Tried

After a few weeks of use my skin is clear, and I have had no irritation at all. The serum is easy to use and works with my routine well. I’m not sure if I’ve seen any reduction in pigmentation or sun damage, but skin is definitely clearer and feels healthy and non-irritated. I am happy to incorporate a high quality antioxidant as I know this protects against future damage caused by free radicals. I will continue to use this serum and would recommend to anyone if this fits into your budget.

Smoother Skin in 6 weeks

Still not sure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this and there’s a chance I still might but, I don’t know if it broke me out. One of the benefits is supposed to be to help with spots/spot prone skin. I was not going through a breakout when I first tested this but after a week or so, I was getting spots on my chin. I thought, maybe it’s the purging stage, so I got through that, skin cleared up and then around 2 weeks later, more spots. I can’t determine if it fully was this product but it’s the only new thing I added to my routine. Such a shame as I was excited to add another worthy product to my routine

No difference

Radiant skin

If you get some in your mouth as I accidentally did a couple of times, it has a horrible taste. However you know it’s a high quality product and is doing your skin wonders. The only vitamin C that actually worls

Skin feels smoother after using

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleased to receive this product To test, I used a few drops each morning after cleansing and pressed them onto my skin, it wasn’t oily at all and dried quickly, I noticed after a few uses there was a smoky woody scent to the product, my skin is starting to get fine lines now (I’m almost 53) and I have some dark spots, I haven’t noticed any major improvements so far after using this, my skin does feel smoother but I can’t see any real difference in the dark spot or fine lines, it is easy to use so I will continue to use this and hope to see results after more usage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's get the negative out the way so can focus on the positives... the smell, is pretty offensive to say the least. The more you use the serum the less of a shock to the nose it is, but yikes I do not like. BUT... we aren't using it as a perfume now, are we? The smell dissipates, so it's really a non-issue when you think about it.. Positives - the serum sinks into the skin fast. It's evened out and brightened my skin tone and improved skin texture. I've had zero angry spots since using this product as well. I've used another skinceuticals serum before but this one has taken the lead for my skin personally. Fab product.

Impressed but..

Good but needed extra hydration

It Actually Works!!

It had a decent dropper and you only need to use a small amount, so it lasts. It can leave your skin a bit sticky, so best to apply before any other serum. It left my skin feeling more balanced and smooth. It definitely reduced my pores so they are less noticeable and where I have a few scars from old spots, it reduced the scarring massively and reduced my dark spots. The only downside is, it’s expensive but it’s definitely worth the money.

Skin so soft

Pimple free mattified skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I followed the instructions for use, 4-5 drops in the hand then to apply to face and neck, this didn't seem like enough product to go on to that area, the product also felt sticky so didn't feel I got the correct coverage, I was surprised at how expensive the product is to purchase, ultimately I wasn't taken enough with the feel of the product or overall result to make me part with that amount.

Fantastic product just not for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is luxurious and a joy to use but it wasn’t great for my skin type. It left me a little dry and I felt like it made pores more visible. I can see this would be fantastic for a more acne prone skin.

Obsessed

Saw results quickly

Significant reduction in spots!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of Skinceuticals products and this product did not disappoint. I have been using this consistently on my face every morning for almost 3 weeks and am so happy with how my skin is looking. I usually suffer from spots around the chin/jawline area, but since using this product my skin is super clear. There is definitely a slight stinging sensation when applying, but this is highlighted on the label and is to be expected with a potent product such as this one. The stining sensation cleared after a minute or so.

Fantastic at reducing oiliness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the consistency of this serum as it was quickly absorbed into my skin. I was pleased that it foundation went on smoothly after applying the serum. It immediately reduced the greasy look of my skin and over time seemed to reduce the oiliness of my skin. My skin seems clearer which 8s a definite improvement.

Great product

Lovely serum

Powerful vitamin C!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent lightweight serum (consistency of water) that is instantly absorbed, allowing moisturiser to be applied straight after. Comes with a dropper that allows administration of the exact amount whilst keeping the bottle sterile. It has calmed my stubborn menopausal breakout that I have been struggling with for a while and kept it at bay without any irritation. I love that it has powerful and scientific ingredients! The only downside for me was the smell, which I personally don't like.

My skin look cleaner, brighter & even!

Strange but good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I used this for the first time, for me, it was a bit strange as you put on a wet liquid but your skin felt dry. Almost instantly your skin had a dry, smoother texture and felt even better once moisturiser was used after application. Skin looked good with makeup applied, almost like a primer. I liked it!

Well worth the test

Silky smooth glow

Results are visible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this product everyday, in the morning, before my sunscreen. I was recently struggling with few pimples on my cheeks and excessive oiliness. The product helped to calm down the inflammation and I think it prevented the pimple from developing. The oiliness was significantly reduced without this feeling of tightness! I’ll keep using it as I want to see if it will also reduce the pores. The only thing that I don’t like about the product is the smell but I don’t think this is so important - the product is definitely working on the skin.

Its amazing product

Makes a difference!

One of the greatest skincare products

I work night Shift i have little Children at home, so my skin, my face really looks tired, uneven, dark circles under the eyes and large pores.Straight after the first 2-3 application i saw the change, even if i was very tired it wasn’t that noticable on my face, my skin became clearer, smaller pores, circles not that visable. I didn't know I needed this in my life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a little miracle in a bottle that I didn't know I needed. I've been using it for a few weeks and all my blemishes were gone & my skin felt smooth & hydrated and just wonderful. I went away for the weekend and forgot to bring it and had a massive outbreak of spots & I couldn't wait to get home and start using my new favourite product again. This has become a must have for me, I've recommended it to everyone who has issues with their skin. To me it smells a little like burnt toast when I apply it to my skin but I actually really like the smell haha. So yeah buy it and you won't regret it.

Decidedly Average

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this serum as it's beyond my price range, however was a bit disappointed - this serum doesn't represent good value for money and sadly it didn't do much for my skin. It's easy to dispense from the bottle although I'm not a huge fan of the vial droppers. It sunk into the skin easily, I'm not keen on the smell, it's very potent and I have used similar products with Vitamin C and Ferilic Acid (Dr Dennis Gross and Medik8) but it did dissipate after some time. The effects on my skin were minimal, I would say it did help reduce oil but this is the only thing that I noticed during my time using it. I would personally pay less and get a similar product with the same or better results with the brands mentioned above or The Ordinary.

Glowy Skin

Would use again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So i was lucky to try skinceuticals silymarine cf . So when you open the packaging it comes with a screw top on it , in the box it comes with a Doppler too so you can use that if you prefer. So i cleansed my face like I normally would , make sure it was perfectly dry and then i put about 5 drops of the liquid on my face and i made sure to rub it in . It dried very quickly and it didn't make my face oily at all in fact it did even out my pores. I will admit i did not like the scent, it's not disgusting it just i didn't like it, the smell did go very quickly and didn't linger on my face. I noticed the pores on my nose seemed to seem more prominent. Im not sure if it was the oil drawing them out on my skin. I have used it every morning since i received it and i have noticed my skin is getting better. I think this would have been given a 5 if the smell was slightly nicer. I would definitely buy it again .

Great results so far!

Serious skincare!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this is serious skincare and I had high expectations, it is very watery and comes in glass bottle with pipette to protect the vitamin c. Easy to apply but you need to be quick as dribbles fast, it is quick absorbing and leaves your skin a bit sticky, best to pat it in. It did sting a little but that goes fast. I did notice some of the brown marks starting to fade but will take time, it did my skin a healthy glow so I am very happy. Worth a try and you need to be consistent, I do really recommend it.!

Works magic on spots!

Cool serum

Less oil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it comes with a dropper and a cap, which are great for carrying it for day trips. I've noticed significantly less oil on my face after using it for weeks. The serum's texture is not heavy at all. I can smell no fragrance in it, and this is what I do prefer.
