It doesn’t take makeup off properly. It’s not working for me . Would like my money back

Fantastic for skins with rosacea.

I have rosacea, and this product does not burn my skin; instead of being dry and irritated, it feels clean and refreshed. It's great to finally find a cleaner that doesn't irritate!

N’irrite pas la peau. Bon démaquillant. J’aime également le fait de l’utiliser sous l’eau dans la douche ou avec un tampon sec pour démaquiller sans rincer.

Worked from day 1!

Hi, I have been using La Roche Posay since 2007. My dermatologist recommended it as I have rosacea. Their products have been exceptional and still are especially the Rosaliac micellar gel which I have been using since day one. I think its name may have changed in this time at one stage but the products effectiveness didnt. I would definitly recommend La Roche products for their quality, effectiveness and price. I do hope that they continue to sell this range. *****

Love! But have a question

I love this as a cleanser, skin feels clean but not dry at all!! Question though- it's indicated as a no rinse formula but if you use as a cleanser is it ok to rinse?

Lovely

This is just lovely. It feels so cooling and soothing when applied on the face and doesn’t leave any residue which I like just makes my skin feel soft and squeaky clean..never dry or stripped like some can. It removes make up effectively however if you wear water proof mascara it would probably be better to use a separate product for that but for regular mascara it works fine. I’m on my third bottle now and really hoping that this is never discontinued!

Usually a fan

I use several LR-P products regularly and I'm a great fan. But the Rosaliac Make-up Remover Gel didn't suit my (usually non-sensitive) skin in the eye area. It wasn't particularly great at removing mascara, so I'll use it as a general face cleanser.

I use several LR-P products and love them. Decided to try the Make-up Remover Gel in addition to my other products. But each time I've used it, it stings my eye area. So disappointed, not had any issues with any other LR-P products. However, just recently I've had a reaction with hair colour I've used for years - suddenly that has started stinging... Maybe it's just my body - my hairdresser mentioned several people have had a sensitivity issue after their covid jabs. Who knows.

I love this

This makeup remover is very gentle, I like that it is not like others, its consistency does not get inside the eye and it is very comfortable to use with contact lenses. Love it!

This face wash is the best around for sensitive skin or people with any redness. I use it in the shower and i double cleanse and it works super well. I use It make up after which is very good for any one with problem skin. i use the baby wash also in this range as great for sensitive skin

I am almost through my first bottle and I’m really liking it. I don’t like not rinsing it because of how it feels like a film. I run my hands under the water and then pump some gel in my palm and work into my face and then gently rinse. Feels great!

Not sure how to use

Do I scrub with it or just rub it on and rub off and not rinse? Will try it again tomorrow and may return it. I was looking for a creamy cleanser.
