Comfortable cleaning

Clearer and shine-less face

Happy with it so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this cleanser for just over a week now, and these are my first impressions. The consistency is slightly runny but easy to use. What I find a bit confusing is that it says to shake well before use. I can’t really see why, as it doesn’t seem to separate. It foams quickly on wet skin, and rinses off well. Although it’s fragrance-free, I notice a subtle soapy scent, which I’m not a fan of, but it’s not a dealbreaker either. My skin feels clean and fresh immediately after use, without feeling stripped or dry. The only thing I’m unsure about is that my skin seems oilier and shinier than usual throughout the day, although that could just be the hot weather and sweat mixing with my skin’s natural oils. On the plus side, I haven’t had any new blemishes, and a couple of small spots I already had cleared up quickly. So far, it’s a good cleanser and I’m happy to keep using it.

Does what it says on the bottle!

I noticed i was getting less spots and that the pores on my nose look clearer. I found that after use, my skin felt clean and smooth but not dry unlike other cleansers ive used in the past.Overall I think those with acne prone skin would not only benefit but really notice a difference with this product.

Fresher cleaner looking skin

Does what it's supposed to

CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this Cerave cleanser for a week and have noticed a difference in my hormonal acne . The pores on my skin are less clogged especially on my nose and break outs are less painful and inflamed. The cleanser foams up when applied which I love in a cleanser. My skin doesn’t feel stripped or dry after using so I know my skin barrier isn’t being affected.

Refreshing Creamy Cleanser

Effective but left skin dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s an effective product (fewer spots than normal) but I found that it left my skin a bit dry. This resulted in having to apply a moisturiser. A little goes a long way. Easily applied. Secure locking mechanism. I liked the fact that it was unperfumed. I noticed improvements in my skin after a couple of weeks.

Gentle cleanser

I like the gel to foam cleanser. It is suitable for blemish prone skin, although I have to say I have been using this for 4 days evening and morning , it hasn’t reduced the appearance of my acne. Very good for my skin

Makes the skin feel refreshed

Smooth

Doesn’t fix my oil issues , just for few hours, after that my skin start to produce again sebum. But regat openers pores I can see the skin is more even, closed pores and no black . My face does look clearer

Cleanses well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I liked the cleanser, a little goes a long way. It seems to take of my spf well but I have found it to face maybe a little too much surfactants (I like surfactants but not this much in a formulation). Wi t h one pump I’m drowning in bubbles and my face felt a little dry which might mean cleanser is a little stripping. That being said it’s the middle of summer and I’m very oily so I seem not to have a problem with it but I will skip it during winter. For the price point it’s great.

Nice Cleanser Overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser has a lovely gel-to-foam texture and feels refreshing when you use it. I can see how it would work well for people with oilier or blemish-prone skin, and it's designed to reduce blackheads, gently exfoliate and keep shine under control. However, on my skin, it wasn't the best match. It left my face feeling very dry after washing, and then later in the day, it became excessively oily. I also didn't notice major changes in blemishes- my pores look slightly better, but nothing dramatic. I think it's probably more suitable for other skin types, just not for mine.

Brilliant Cleanser

Amazing Blemish Control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little worried changing especially on my face and in this heat we have been having lately but this cerave blemish control wash has been fantastic! I had a couple of blemishes start to come up and within 24 to 48 hours they were gone. I can tend to get a bit of shine on my skin as well and with conbination skin it can be hard to find the right product however this has worked great and I will be changing to this going forward as fwels so much better for my skin. Easy to use & effective blemish cleanser

The pump dispenser is easy and convenient to use, releasing just the right amount of the product without any mess or waste. The cleanser has a thick gel consistency that feels nice on the skin and removes dirt, oil and debris leaving my skin feeling clean and fresh without feeling overly stripped. I was particularly drawn to CeraVe because it is dermatologically recommended and I have seen a lot of improvements with the use. Reduced breakouts

Soo gentle yet effective

I have sensitive acne prone skin and this didn't cause any issues. I have not had a red faced or anything. The gel smells nice and is easy to spread on the skin. Really nice foaming cleanser

Very refreshing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this cleanser as it leaves my skin feeling very clean and healthy. The cleanser is like gel at first, but once you rub it in your hands, it turns into foam almost instantly. I love the foamy texture because once washed off, it leaves my face feeling very clean. I love how gentle it is too, I can use it every day without my skin reacting to it. It does leave my skin feeling a bit dry, which I don’t mind as I always follow up with a good moisturiser.

Effective clenser for blemish-prone skin

It has made a noticeable difference in keeping my blemishes under control without drying out my skin. CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I wasn't impressed by the results of controlling new outbreaks and blemishes, it serves well in exfoliating tired, dead skin, the exfoliant element itself not too harsh for my preference. It exfoliates with gentle ease, with a little foam (which I did find left my skin feeling a wee bit tight and dry afterwards), smoothing out any roughness, alleviating redness, and just a really good way of begining my morning routine. The pump function works very well, dispensing the right amount, and the bottle is in a cute petite size. I appreciate it's lack of fragrance, and how it's keeping cleansing to a simple level, focusing on keeping your skin healthy. Overall, while it didn't suit entirely my skin needs or what I'm seeking in skincare, I think others will find it reliable with better results. I'm glad to have the chance to try it.

Solid nourishing cleanser

I always find the cleansers enjoyable to use - this blemish control cleanser left my skin feeling clean without feeling dry or tight. I understand that the product doesn’t have any fragrance but I don’t love the smell. I enjoy using it and know it is a good choice for my skin.

I would love for them to increase the range as there are more products in the US available. Evens out my skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this cleanser a lot, it’s not too harsh and the gel texture is great. It foams easily and I’ve found it useful for removing makeup too. It’s not as gentle as some other SA cleansers I’ve used but I’d say this is still ok for daily use

Clear skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always sceptical of cleanser, as I've tried a couple - one big name brand and a shop brand - and neither have given satisfactory results. Just burnt eyes and tight feeling skin. However this has done the trick. I often get blocked pores, especially around the cheeks and on and around the crease of my nose. The results, i feel, are excellent. The scent is mild and pleasant and the consistency is perfect - not watery or slides right off your face !. My face feels refreshed (even on a 5 am wake up) and I can see the blemishes and spots reduce considerably, even after just a week. Even though we had a heatwave my skin still felt great and didn't had no feeling of oiliness after sweating profusely in 36° . Excited to see the results after a full month.

Great cleanser for oily skin

Good for blemish skin

Less shiny face

I only use 2 pumps of the gel like texture which is very easy to lather on my face, it leaves my skin feeling soft more healthy and less shiny which I really liked and I feel more refreshed.

Excellent cleanser

CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have oily skin and have been using the CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser twice daily over the past week as my only skincare product to observe its performance on its own. The cleanser is a light gel that lathers well, and a little goes a long way. Although labeled as fragrance-free, it has a very mild, clean, soapy scent that I found quite pleasant. It's easy to incorporate into my daily routine quite well. I experienced no irritation, redness, stinging, or dryness whilst using cleanser. As for the blemish control aspect, I didn't notice any major changes in my skin after a week. However, I understand that products with active ingredients often require longer, consistent use to see visible results, so I don't believe it's fair to judge its long-term effectiveness yet. Overall, I liked this cleanser and plan to continue using it to see whether it improves my skin over a longer period of use.

Cleaner clearer complexion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has really helped banish the breakouts which are especially problematic on my chin and jawline. The gel with salicylic acid really gives a good clean and doesn't clog up pores. It also reduces irritation and redness and helps protect and care for my sensitive skin with the ceramics penetrating deeply into the skin barrier. It removes oil and impurities well and feels refreshing. The pump is easy to use and dispense a small amount of gel across the face with a foamy consistency. I pair with a moisturizer afterwards since leaves skin very slightly dry afterwards.
