Severe allergic reaction

I recently bought this moisturiser as my skin got a bit dryer. Unfortunately after a couple of days using it, I developed a severe rash on my face. My face was red, burning, stinging and very itchy. I stopped using the cream immediately and contacted my GP who put me on antihistamines and steroid cream to calm things down.

I love everything about this, it has insane potential, it could've been my fav suncreen of all time, I would've daily drived this of it just didn't irritated and inflamed my skin, I had a really bad reaction, possibly worst reaction compare to any other sunscreen that I have used

Lightweight and non-sticky

CeraVe SPF: Reliable but a Little High-Maintenance

It’s super protective, keeps your skin safe, and feels nice and hydrating—but then it hits you with that white cast like, why are you doing this to me? It’s thick, takes a minute to settle, and on some days, it just doesn’t vibe with my skin. But if you’re patient, it does the job. Definitely not a grab-and-go kind of SPF, but if your skin needs that extra love, it’s worth the effort (most of the time).

When rubbing it in, you feel like you're using a regular, moisturizing cream. The formula doesn't whiten at all, doesn't leave streaks. It absorbs quickly. I also appreciate the fact that the cream is fragrance-free, doesn't contain parabens or drying alcohols - it's a great option for sensitive skin. I'm a fan of multi-tasking cosmetics, and this product fulfills many functions at once. It contains three essential ceramides that rebuild the skin barrier, niacinamide with a soothing effect, and hyaluronic acid, which intensively moisturizes. After application, the skin is soft, elastic and moisturized all day long. After regular use, I noticed that my skin is more moisturized, less prone to irritation and better protected against harmful external factors. Works brilliant for my dry skin

Having dry and flaky skin is not something that I want but thanks to this power duo, it is unbelievable how my skin changed since I started using it. The lotion is perfect for both mornings and evenings , with a lightweight formula that allows it to get absorbed easily without any gressines left behind.
