An ultra-gentle, nourishing cleansing oil for dry to very dry skin. Gentle enough for babies from 3 months. Protects skin from the drying effects of hard water and prevents irritation, tightness and itching. Specifically formulated for daily, gentle cleansing for all types of sensitive skin, and also suitable for eczema-prone skin. Also suitable for patients undergoing cancer treatment. ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: A deeply nourishing formulation enriched with Shea Butter that protects the skin from the drying effects of water and locks in moisture from the bath or shower. Soothing Niacinamide helps immediately calm the skin and reduce itching sensations. The cleansing agents in the oil are selected for optimal tolerance. DERMATALOGICALLY TESTED Lipikar Cleansing Oil has been through rigorous dermatological testing to ensure it is suitable for use by the whole family - including babies from 3 months old. How To
In the shower, place a few drops in the palm of the hand and apply to moist skin. In the bath, pour 2 to 3 capfuls into the bath water. Rinse gently. Dry without rubbing. Ask for more information about this product

Baby eczema

I got it recommended by a dermatologist fir my baby who was eczema to use instead of bubble bath. We've been using it for over 6 months in every bath and his skin has never been better. It feels really moisturised for a day or two after.

RED RASHES FROM THIS PRODUCT

This oil is expense it doesn’t do what it claims to do. After 1 wash he body broke out in an inflamed red rash took 2 days to go down my body inched in places that I won’t say ..in my view it’s expensive rubbish .. the lotion in this range is a good product using it for years but I would never buy this oil wash again!

Okay but misleading

I bought this thinking it was a cleansing oil but it definitely isn’t! I wanted a cleansing oil for my face as a first step but this foams up straight away and barely states on the bottle that it’s for all over body. Says on the bottle it’s a cleansing oil, not that it’s a foaming cleansing body wash oil. Definitely a tad misleading. But as a foaming cleansing oil i feel like it strips my skin too much. Wouldn’t purchase this again.

Okay, but strips my skin

I bought this to replace another oil cleanser I had been using. Unfortunately, it's not made clear on the bottle that this is a foaming oil cleanser - the cleanser almost immediately suds up and it feels like you don't actually get to reap the benefits of using an oil on the skin. Overall, the cleanser feels too stripping, and doesn't do much to deeply cleanse my skin. I generally like to use my oil cleanser as a first cleanse, followed by a water based cleanser. However, this feels too stripping to be used as a first cleanser. I won't be purchasing this again.

Love this Product

I’ve read so many reviews on this product but always thought it was for your face. I saw Jade from tiktoks drivenbybeauty recommend it for your body. I have English heritage therefore I have hypersensitive, hyper pigmented skin growing up in Australia. My skin is naturally dry, and flaky especially in Winter. This oil used as a shower oil is Devine. It’s my special body was for when I want to spoil myself and pretend I’m at the spa. Although many have said otherwise, I love the fragrance, I can go without wearing perfume on the days I use this product. I’ve also read that it’s almost like a gel, which I think is a great description on the consistency of this oil, meaning it’s thick enough that you don’t lose it slipping through your fingers. Can’t recommend enough. I’d say a bottle lasts me a month.

Smell is disgusting

The overall product seems to be good, but unfortunately after 3 days of forcing myself to continue using it. I just can’t! The smell of the product is horrendous to the point that it lingers even after I use a scrub after it and apply my serums and creams. The smell will not disappear it’s so bad that I’ve had to stop using it as it makes me nauseous!

Nice oil cleanser for the body.

This cleansing oil is very nice, I use it with glove loofas; my skin comes up clean and hydrated. No oily residue either.

My new favourite

I love this and glad I chose it on a whim. Use it on face and body. So gentle. I am the classic auburn hair with freckles and dry skin. Really cut down on itching.

Love this cleanser

I’ve gone through several bottles of this cleanser - it is fantastic for dry skin. It has a (very faint) lovely smell to it. Lathers easily but doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry or tight. Initially, I was surprised that it doesn’t feel like an oil, but more like a gel - not that I mind. I keep going back to it!

The best body cleanser

I have been using this product for about 3 years. It is the body cleanser that I keep coming back to, as it is so nourishing for my sensitive, eczema-prone skin, year round in all weather conditions (my skin is really aggravated by dry air). It has a very subtle, clean scent that I like. A little goes a long way, and my skin always feels clean and hydrated after using. In winter I also use the hydrating body milk after showering. With both of these, you get good value for excellent products, and I think La Roche products always look lovely in the bathroom!

Finally a hydrating skin wash

Most of the body washes, i could find, although were supposedly moisturising- seemed to dry out my skin . This cleansing oil leaves my skin clean and hydrated- no real need for creams after my shower! ( which is great, one less thing to apply) Love this for everyday use!
