big difference for under eye lines

Nice gentle retinol for under the eyes. I don't use too much otherwise my eyes get irrtated, but if I use an appropriate amount this product is great! Makes a big difference for the lines under my eyes.

I have used retinol products on my face before but as I have very sensitive eyes was hesitant to try retinol eye products. This had not bothered my eyes at all and only half way thru the tube I noticed my under eye area is much smoother than fewer dark areas.

Been using this for 9 months and have seen absolutely 0 difference. When i wake up in the morning my lines are actually worse than when i went to bed. Loreal nicinimide+ hylaronic acid seems to do more of a job then this product. Si disapointing….

Make my skin sore and red

Sadly this didn't suit my skin. I bought it because it's aimed at sensitive skin. I've tried it several times over many months but each time, after using it for 2 or 3 nights, the skin around my eyes is red and sore. It's too much a coincidence for this to happen each time so it must be the product. I am very happy with many LRP products but not this one.

Soreness!

Seeing a positive result

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've been using this eye cream for over two weeks; it has significantly firmed the skin around my eyes and reducing the under-eye puffiness. Yet it also dried out the skin a little, I think it was the normal side effect with retinol, hope the problem will go when the skin barrier becomes stronger and get used to the product after a while.

Greta product but please change packaging

I use this regularly and would keep buying it but the packaging leads to product waste. I need to pull the lid off to remove the silver seal and putting it back on requires squeezing the tube & I get a lot of it on my hands before I even start using it. So sad!!

Eye Cream

Disappointed with this purchase. I only saw a very slight change reducing puffiness in my eyes and it only lasted a short time after I wake up. I was looking for more lasting reduction in my puffiness problem

Lovely eye cream

I was a bit worried about using retinol around my eyes, but my skin really needed it and I just blind bought this eye cream. And I am happy I did, because it is amazing! Perfect for the sensitive area around my eyes, it visibly reduced the signs of ageing in just 2 weeks! It is, in my opinion, the best retinol product for the eyes!

Opened packaging

Not happy with the packaging because when I opened the packet, nozal was open. I was very much disappointed me because for me this was open which should never be for a new cream.

Very frustrating packaging open

I started from very excited to feeling so angry with just the huge effort to figure out how to open the tube. If you have a unique way to open the product, printing a small instructions wouldn't hurt. I can't even to open the tube. I haven't have a chance to use the product but already get so put off using it already. And no thanks I would not buy this again and not feeling to try any of your products come with this very stupid packaging.

So far so good!

I was hesitant to use a retinol product around my eyes. This product is not aggresive, smelly or thick. Only need a small amount. Goes on easily. I seem less puffy under the eyes in the mornings. Too early to see any great wrinkle changes, but they seem less dehydrated. Impressed overall.

Packaging needs to be reviewed.

The cream itself is very good. Absorbs well. Helps with smoothness. The lid needs to be removed as it is covered by a protective peel. it is challenging to get the lid off but then trying to put the lid back on is so much harder. I don't know why a company such as this would develop such a deficient lid. There are so many easier ways to get a lid off and on. Needs review.

Can’t screw the top onto the bottle!

Super disappointed with the packaging. I just purchased for the first time, and the product applies nicely and fully absorbs without any greasiness, but I can’t seem to get the top to screw on, and when I try, product spills out, wasting a ton! I didn’t want to waste any more, so I just have it wrapped in tin foil! Very lame.

First time using this product and I love it! I have used before other retinol eye products (I am not new to retinol) but first time LRP, and I saw a difference right away after a couple of nights only skin is very smooth under the eyes and bright, yet a very gentle product. Younger and Smoother Eyes

I've used this product now for two weeks and notice a difference. My light wrinkles under and on the outside of my eye have diminished and look much smoother, finer giving a more youthful look. While not a miracle cure I do think this product along with a balanced skincare routine is excellent.

Do not recommend

I would not recommend this product if you have very sensitive skin. After 2days of using this eye cream, my eye area became red and it was burning and painful. After stop using this product my eye area skin was peeling and back to normal almost a week later.

Wonderful eye cream

I have been using this retinol eye cream for a while and I really love the results. The fine lines around my eyes have reduced and become less noticeable. I was a bit weary about using a retinol product but this eye cream is proving that retinol is the way forward. A great find.

Caused puffy red eyes

Having found the Hyalu B5 Serum to be an absolute game changer, I was excited to try this product. Despite claims it is good for sensitive skin and despite following the instructions to the letter, this product repeatedly left me with puffy red eyes. Messaged asking if I could exchange the product and never received a reply. Disappointing.

Retinol is a must

I have fine lines around my eyes, that appear worse when smiling. That I didn't like my pictures being taken. I was recommended to use retinol eye creams. This one is great. You need to give it a while, before you start seeing any differences. The eye area is very sensitive, thus need to be careful and follow instructions.

Works instantly!

I have both dark circles and hollows under my eyes. While this product isn’t meant to correct the volume loss, it worked immediately after one use to correct my pigmentation issues. My under eyes appeared brighter and even glowing the next morning after my first use. I love this product! The only issue is that it is a bit creamy and can rub into your eyes easily, therefore I would never use it during the day. I put it on before bedtime and never have a problem. And it only requires the most minimal amount. Definitely a staple!

Caused redness and swelling

Gentle, Fragrance Free, Effective

This is just about as much Retinol as I can take. I love it. It's fragrance free (a luxury these days), I love using it and I can see an improvement in the skin around my eyes. I can also use it effectively under makeup, without causing slipping.

Too strong and irritating

I use this cream once during the night and next day I was feeling my eye cotour burning. I continue with the same feeling for more than two weeks.I couldn't use any other cream to relief my pain so my skin was red and dry. Horrible experience, the packaging just says that could be discomfort during first use of retinol, but for me was more than "discomfort"

Great for retinol beginners!

I am new to retinol and was worried about getting a too strong product that would make my skin peel. This definitely is not a harsh product! I have been using this eye cream for months and have not felt any irritation! My suggestion is if you're new to retinol to apply this eye cream on top of another one for the first couple of weeks and for the first month to use it once a week and slowly to start using it more frequently. I now use it 3 to 4 times a week. The product lasts forever! It is totally worth it!

Holy Grail of Eye Creams

I've been using this product for approx 3 months and......WOW! Absolutely NO eye irritation. It has lived upto what it promises and i had noticeable improvments from the very first use!!! This is an absolute must in my nightly routine! It has also visibly improved a burst capillary i have had under eye area for the past 7 years!!!! Nothing has helped repair or reduce it like this product has!!! My fine lines are also greatly reduced and my eyes are much brighter thanks to the reduction in my dark circles. I was not expecting results, my base line is low: a cream that is slightly more nourishing than a gel that would not give me a rash. Anything else is a bonus. Well, I am still getting older, but my eyes are now better moisturised and I did not get a rash. But I still have wrinkles. Oh well...

I use this on alternate nights and I'm amazed the difference this has made to the fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes. My mum (who didn't know I'd changed my skincare regime) told me I was looking ten years younger, and you can't say fairer than that.
