This product is a dream!

This product is a dream! I have always suffered from dry red skin. This cream has made such a difference. My skin is consistently less red and more smooth. I love it! Can you please make it in a larger tube with a pump nozzle? Thank you!

Not for sensitive skin

This should not be branded for sensitive skin given it contains balsam of Peru which is a significant irritant. Caused a major allergic reaction because it is not clear in the ingredient listing that butyrospermum parkii butter is actually balsamic of Peru. Took two weeks for my skin to recover.

This creme is great. I find that the key to getting a nice even layer without being too greasy/thick is to put a little bit on your hands with a little bit of water, and apply it while slightly diluted. It's perfect for dryer winter! My face has appreciated it ✌️😻

Needs better package

It works but man do i dislike the packaging. Love the glass package of your other cream but I like this face cream more. I don't buy it because the packaging is hard to get all the cream out.

Lovely but tiny size

Lovely cream. Perfect for my ultra-sensitive, very fair, flush-prone, 60 year old skin. But the size of the plastic tube is ridiculously tiny. Please make bigger sizes!

Please improve packaging as product is awesome

I absolutely love this moisturiser as it is thick (in a luxurious absorbing way) and gentle. My skin has a great glow when I am using it. However, the packaging lets the product down. Please can it also come in a bigger tube and please can you make it easier to get the last bits out.

Extra layer of protection from the cold

This is a great addition to my skin care routine for the colder months. It gives me that extra layer of moisture and protection from the cold. Especially since I’m prone to dry skin and patches of eczema. Very happy I gave this a try.

WASTEFUL

I love this moisturiser because it seems to soothe my sensitive, allergy prone skin but I'm horrified by the amount of cream that could be wasted due to being unable to squeeze the tube when it's nearly empty. I cut off the bottom of the tube and found an unacceptable amount still in the tube. Perhaps it's a design fault ?

BEST MOISTURISER EVER

Genuinely the best. I had severe sunburn in my face and after applying this product it was gone in ONE day. Always hydrates my skin. I wish there was a larger size.

L'impression qu'elle assèche ma peau

J'ai voulu tester cette crème à la recherche d'une crème pour le visage. J'utilise habituellement Lipikar pour le corps qui me convient très bien. Par contre, cette crème n'hydrate pas du tout mon visage et j'ai même l'impression qu'elle l'assèche d'une façon étrange, c'est comme si je pelais du visage, notamment sur le front. J'ai du arrêter de l'utiliser. Celle pour UV me causait des démangeaisons donc je vais éviter cette ligne de produits.

Best for dry skin

This one is my favourite out of the ones I’ve tried from La Roche Posay. It’s thicker and more moisturising than their other face creams. Doesn’t make my sensitive skin flare up.

Finally found my best moisturizer ever.

I simply fell in love with this cream. My skin is very well hydrated and absolutely no feeling of tightness. I was looking for a substitute of my favorite moisturizer (Hydrix by Lancôme. Now you know how old I am...) This moisturizer is absolutely equal to the legendary hydrating cream.

Nourishing for dry & dehydrated skin!

My dry & dehydrated skin loves this moisturizer! It does a great job at nourishing the skin, while not feeling thick or tacky. My only issue, however, is the size. Although I only apply a small amount each time, I strongly suggest increasing the amount of product that comes per tube. 40 mL is very easy to quickly go through. I understand that this would probably mean an increase in price, but this is something I am willing to accept in exchange for more product. Perhaps having different sizing options available would be useful for customers.

Great for sensitive skin…

I have VERY sensitive skin so always had a reaction to most moisturiser I’ve used however decided to buy higher brand to try and loved this cream.. my skin felt moisturised. I would use the crème one for morning and Riche for night. I am currently on my second bottles but I have noticed there’s a smell now unlike the first bottle. I hope the formula has not changed as it would be a pity if I was to get a reaction.

My favourite moisturizer

This is my most favourite moisturizer , rich and suitable for sensitive dry skin . Everyone with Normal to dry or sensitive and dry skin can use this moisturizer . I personally use it at night as part of my bed time routine after applying retinoid or Lactic acid .Since it does not have hyaluronic acid it can be one of the best moisturizer to be used after retinoid or in general Vitamin A family .It contains Ceramide which helps with moisturizing the surface of the skin through the deep layer. It also has Niacinamide which hepls with the skin barrier .Simply amazing !!!

Favourite new cleanser!

This product has literally saved my skin! I suffer from Rosacea & have sensitive skin. I have tried many cleansers that say they will reduce redness yet didn’t help my skin. This hands down is the best cleanser I’ve ever used . So gentle & leaves my skin feeling much calmer . Doesn’t irritate my skin like many other skincare brands I’ve tried. Thankyou! STOP changing the fromula!!!!

This product used to be an alcohol-free, and it was perfect for my sensitive skin. I'm super sensitive to fragrance AND alcohol. It is unbelievably difficult to find any product without these two and La roche-posay (specifically this toleriane sesitive) was my ONLY hope!! but the from sometime alcohol was in the ingredient list and I had to use "Toleriane sensitive creme" (alcohol-free). Now Toleriane sensitive creme is not available anywhere and all of your products contain alcohol. I don't know where to find the alcohol free, fragrance free product now, if there is any.. Can you go back to the old one and stop changing the formula?

Irritates skin

I've used this and it's pretty good. It's described as a product with ceramides, however ceramides seem not to be listed in ths ingredients. Can you point it out and explain what derivative of ceramides are there?

Caused terrible redness, itchiness and irritation

I purchased this product last week, was hoping it could help to rescue my dry skin after winter and the changing weather. However, 2 seconds after the first application, my face started to itch, my cheeks turned red, and the skin close to my eyebrows and jaws started having some red lumps. It was pretty scary. I thought it was just a reaction when we use a product for the 1st time. I gave it another try the morning after. The same reactions occurred again, people at work kept asking me if I was ok as my face looked so red. Then the worst thing is in the afternoon when I came home from work, my hubby opened the door and he was horrified when he saw me, he asked what’s the matter because my whole face looked sooooo red and there were lots of rashes and lumps all over my face. I was absolutely scared of seeing my face in the mirror. I had to stop using it on my face, but decided to give it the last chance by testing it on my arms. Oh my goodness, 30 mins after applying this cream on my arms, they also turned red and started itching, just as how my face reacted to it before. I am extremely disappointed with this product and not sure what they put in there to make my skin react to it so badly this way. My skin didn’t ever react to any product this way. I rarely have pimples, most of the time my skin is smooth and radiant, just dry sometimes when the weather changes. I truly need an explanation from La Roche Posay because what it claims to help sensitive skin is completely different from what I experienced. I really hope La Roche Posay will take some REAL action on this issue, as I would hate to see anyone else affected in a similar way to my experience.

I was so in love with Toleriane Riche, this Toleriane Sensitive Riche is too rich and not the right consistency, what I loved about the old cream was that it was rich while still being so light. Toleriane Sensitive Riche is too heavy, it does not have the same light and nourishing quality and I do not like the smell as much. I am very disappointed and very lost as it was my favorite go-to cream and I always thought that Laroche Posay had the best products, I am not sure where to look anymore. It is going a huge loss in my life. Please bring it back, it was the best quality basic cream.

Irritated my super sensitive skin

This moisturiser left my sensitive skin stinging on the first application - I had to wash it off after a few minutes as the stinging sensation was not going away. I have tried it again several times since with the same results. I'm not sure what is causing this irritation, but I was not able to continue using it. I was so disappointed, as I love the fact that it has no fragrance - something else that I'm also very sensitive to. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this product if you are super sensitive like me.

Perfect Winter Face Moisturiser

I brought this at the start of winter to help combat dry skin on my face. I’ve tried many expensive moisturisers filled with fancy ingredients to try and combat dry skin in the winter, but I’ll never use another moisturiser again. Within a week my skin was clear of any dry patches, plump and moisturised. It’s thick and you may be concerned it will be greasy upon first application, but it sinks into the skin and is perfect under makeup. I’m in my 20s and after 2 months of use had no issue with breakouts either. Wonderful product.

Moisturising without the pimple side effect

I am over 50 so my skin is dry anyway but I also have psoriasis on my face and am on a retinoid that completely dries my skin out. This product is superb. My face feels immediately hydrated and it soothes the burn I occasionally feel with the retinoid. This entire range has been a godsend.

Amazing! Love it!

I love this cream! I have dry skin and this cream leaves it feeling nourished and looking refreshed. It absorbs really well and is great under makeup. My only gripe is the packaging, I find that the hard stiff tube makes it difficult to extract the right amount of product, I always end up with too much, then towards the end of the tube I can't get the product out, I have to take the scissor and cut it open and I can use what in there for an extra two weeks.

This is a new product to me. I find it mild in odor, not greasy and it leaves my face soft. I believe it is helpful in rehydration and has given my face a glow. I like it so far. I will buy it again and recommend this product...
